grains cause inflammation in the body..it is famine food. never eat flour or refined sugar, cane sugar is ok, oatmeal ..no way jose..if you want something in the morning to fill you up eat bananas winner winner chicken dinner

@@janinewetzler5037 almond butter is good too. Probably any kind of nut or seed butter. Amps up the protein and fat so it sticks with you a little longer, on top of being yummy! I like to mash half a banana and add it too instead of sugar. Applesauce also works for that. I don't use the instant oatmeal, but yeah, so many things you can do with oatmeal!

Great video. Going to LA fitness first thing in the morning is my morning routine. For just 30 dollars a month, you can shower, shave, shit, brush your teeth, fill up water, use the swimming pool, use the sauna, and have a nice workout. All in one location. Makes this nomad lifestyle a million times easier

Dude, I like to meal prep once a week at parks. I go to a park, throw up my Tailveil hatch tent, setup a table inside, and cook protected from the bugs. I tell people who ask I’m cooking for a picnic. I totally forgot they have outlets at some parks! Thanks for the reminder.

I have a similar strategy for drying towels when I'm camping. I just hang them on the outside mirrors and use a bungee if it's windy so they don't fall on the ground. Dries in no time.

I have a service/assistance dog and do permit him to “pre-wash” my dishes and utensils - only when we are alone and not in a restaurant. He knows the difference too and does not beg. I’ve given him the choice. When he begs, he doesn’t get the opportunity to help with dishes. Over time, he has learned the right choice. I used to eat oatmeal with raisins every day until I discovered Grape Nuts cereal. Grape Nuts is a cold cereal that you do not cook. You just put milk on it. It does not have grapes in it though. It is high in fiber and I learned of it from the Seinfeld sitcom. I find it to be very good in stimulating my colon and intestines to help me to not be constipated. 🙃 🙃

Hey mate, here in Australia, we dry our beach towels in the sun all the time. Use the electric windows and roll it down slightly, chuck the top of your towel thru and close that window. Gets a little breeze behind it and your good to go bud.
