Hey Bren! I would usually never comment on videos, but I really felt compelled to add this. At first when I started watching your videos, I thought it was sad that you lived in your car. I can't lie, I thought it was ridiculous. However, watching your videos over a longer period of time has shown me a different side of your experience. Your mental fortitude and resilience is in full display in all of your videos. I know that I wouldn't have the mental strength to be able to rebound like you have. You leave me inspired every time you post a video. From being a critic to a fan, every day you continue to inspire with your fortitude, resilience, and general upbeat attitude.

Oh Bren I was a little worried on that guy at Cracker Barrel - and you notice him which is good - cos you don't know if was scoping out other vehicles or just chilling all day? Only thing I notice when you start to put your window pads is that you don't cover your windshield? So far nothing has happen but having someone like the guy at Cracker Barrel - you never know if there a person scoping out vehicles walking by and looking in thru the windshield? So a suggestion - have your front windshield cover you know like a sun shade to cover the front - just don't want anything to happen to you - your a cool guy - I like that about you. 😊 be safe.

I love this suggestion! I did binge watch during the time. It’s great to know that there are so many people that truly care about and support Bren. Bottom line he’s so easy to care about. Fellow car sleeper here. I had a great day today. Rare Saturday but had a lumber delivery and worked a couple hours. Then I went to wafflehouse for breakfast and then to the PF. I finally upgraded to the black card and decided to try out the massage chair and hydro massage. Took a shower. Washed my car then took a long walk along the river downtown and had a cup of coffee in one of those hipster coffee houses. Came back and just finished watching "King of New York". This life has its moments sometimes but still loving it for what it allows me to do and save.

Its nice to see you eating a proper meat and two veg dinner. Keep safe, keep warm .

Uh oh ... escaped orange!!! One day I got in my car and was hit in the face by the most noxious smell --- I couldn't figure out what it was. After a lot of searching, I found a large stalk of broccoli that had escaped a shopping bag a week before. It had rolled under one of the seats and while it wasn't moldy or soupy, it was pretty wilted and smelled like death! LOL

From my limited experience, the reason some places object to car campers is they are concerned about people relieving themselves, putting up a tent, and also people setting up cooking facilities outside the vehicle. When you have all of those on-board, it's not such an issue.

Bren, (aka. My honorary Asain Brotha), everytime I watch your vids I realize how much of a lazy MF I am. You get so much done in one day and with such discipline. I used to be a spoiled guy who's parents gave him everything and one day I woke up and worked for a living. I literally wear a blue collar for a living and I can tell you how much happier I am. I couldn't imagine myself stuck at a desk doing what I got a degree for. One thing your videos remind of is how blessed I am to enjoy things that so called well to do people take for granted. To those people, a Jersey Mike's sandwich is just a cheap quick meal to hold them over for a fancy dinner . While people like us savor every bite. Keep up that disapline and constructiveness! I know you definitely are destined for bigger things! Oh, and don't stop playing with those action figures. I'm over 50 and I still pull out the star wars toys from time to time! Can't wait to see your future plans to make sight seeing vids when you eventually get your place. 👍

I'm not as clean as I'd like to be, got a swift wash membership ($10 month) and my daughter and I really cleaned the car, the joy was amazing, every two weeks we have a sushi-clean car date!! Thanks for your videos!!

that care cleaning facility is great. in my childhood we have our won vacuum machine that heavy one. save the time and space

I find doing laundry, cleaning my car and home very therapeutic. My friends always say my house smells like fresh laundry. I open the hatch of my SUV and this man asked what I use to make my car smell so good 😊

Bren! don't bounce when you stretch, it actually can actually contribute to muscle tightness. you should hold a stretch, i usually count to 15 twice in my head :P

Hi Bren. I have been watching your channel for awhile now. 1st video was probably your infamous "Snow Day Deliveries" that earned you a lot of subscribers. Your positive growth and overcoming some difficult personal challenges is awesome to watch. Congrats on KZread earnings and making big inroads on becoming financially stable. I know your son is so proud of his hard-working dad! Cracker Barrel was my husband and l and our two daughters' favorite place to eat down home country fixin's. There are a lot of sweet memories of stopping at one off the interstate on family vacations or eating at one in our hometown for Thanksgiving or anytime. The girls loved their famous peg game, checkerboards and cozy fireplaces. Your meal looked delicious and those mouth-watering buttermilk biscuits do make you want to kick up your heels. I love a clean vehicle although my currect car has been neglected since l am older and don't take it to the car wash as often as l should. But thru the years, l have washed and detail cleaned a Chevy Conversion van with a hightop roof (even climbed up the ladder and scrubbed said rooftop with a long handle brush) and a 4 dr. F-150 truck and sedan cars and jeep. Next time l will tell you my Starbucks story. There is a Dunkin Donuts near my church but it has a low rating and receives bad reviews so l don't go there which is a shame since it is cheaper than Starbucks. Shucks, every place to buy coffee is cheaper than Starbucks! Have a blessed day! God Bless!

I am currently doing a 30day hard challenge where I have certain things I am staying consistent with good nutrition, selfcare, personal development, exercise, spiritual, getting up 30minutes earlier every day, and journaling! I have a group of about 15 people who are doing it with me and we are having a lot of fun together staying accountable in the group! Thanks for being so inspiring

in corona pandemic and generally in my part of world we do try to help those people which you often not found bagging but surely in need . in west people, what i learn are to judgmental and live a life on a very thine line, socially philosophically and emotionally . you know there are 10 time more crime unlawfulness in my society. if some thing went wrong people hesitate to call a police because they would not want to indulge into a worst situation. so have a chat , offer some thing. most off all be safe . i love that life a peace of time with containment

I don't know what storage units cost around you, but I found a climate controlled 5x5 unit for around $20 per month. Seems like a good option for storing offseason items and any overflow.

Hi 👋 Bren love your videos, they are so relaxing for me. I'm presently working towards being a vanlifer, I've been downsizing and getting rid of a lot. My only thing now is I have a 16 year old dog and have concerns of keeping her comfortable. Watching your videos help with ideas for when I do. I can't wait I want to travel. Glad you decided not to stay that guy was sketchy.

Hey Bren! Future episode suggestion: Visualize and walk us through your plan for handling a hospitalization scenario, perhaps an unplanned orthopedic surgery, solo carlife style. It's becoming a real issue with so many carlifers out there, and everyone's needs and ways of doing things are different. I know you practice good prevention (safe driving, exercise, etc). Bob Wells (CheapRVLiving) just had heart surgery and covered that and interviewed a friend about his knee replacement on his latest episode, and it was a real wakeup call for me. Their procedures were scheduled, but I had a couple nasty winter slip-falls, a few years apart, toes over teakettle, down the steps on my spine, out in the woods alone. Fortunately, no surgery or hospital time, but like I said, this clicked some facts together and made me think. So I figured maybe the rest of the community might find it interesting, too. Your take and the topic as carlife, I mean. As we say in hurricane country, have a game plan. Thanks for all you do. I love your work. Namaste'. 💖

Has anyone ever mentioned that you put clean clothes into a dirty laundry bag? Your method with folding is commendable. I really need to clean my car. Cracker Barrel is a favorite! I do happy dances and make yum noises when I eat good food, too. 🙂

U picked at great place to eat n sleep.. I ❤️ Cracker Barrel.. I ate n slept at one last summer in Florida luved it.. it was a wonderful visit n the food was soooo goood… I was gonna eat breakfast the next day but I met up with my daughter n went with her to 711 which in Florida is also a nice place to visit.. looking forward to living like U.. that’s y I love to watch how u deal with the job, home. Gym etc.. thanks for sharing… Walmart is also a wonderful place to stay n shop.. their salads, fruits, veggies, etc.. all great…🙏🏼❤️
