Having lived in many parts of the world, I more and more cannot understand the point of owning apartments of such price range. OK, citizenship could be a thing, but anyhow... It just doesn't make any financial sense to me. If I had to, I would rather get a small pied-à-terre and use it as storage while spending my Monaco days at the Fairmont, for instance. 40M for 1. apartment with neighbors, 2. common pool visible from anywhere, 3. small bedrooms, 4. low ceilings... It might sound like a cliché, but for 1M you can build a top home in an exclusive area of Bali. Who says Bali, says other destinations.

There is no way this apartment is 387 m² ... besides, the ceiling seems extremely low. Who wants to leave in a flat where your neighbors have a direct view other your terrace, where you stand in an over polluted street with the view over roofs, for forty million euros? People are getting mad

At this price interior isn’t important, it will al get replaced and personalized. Location, space, outside space, view and lighting are most important. Location: monte carlo; space: many square meters but low ceilings; outside: minimal; view: sea and harbor; lightning: oke.

A lovely apartment, but the price just for being in Monaco is absurd. No wonder even super-rich individuals in Monaco often rent instead of buying and tying up such huge amounts in small properties.

Decimal point in the wrong place…..4.0 million…master bedroom has its entry hole…that feature of a stain glass partition…WOW…😂😂😂

40 Million and not staged very well! Kitchen roll on the lounge coffee table! Curtains are awful! Come on!

Forget about the rest, 39 out of the 40 mil are justified by the "professional wine cellar". 😂😂😂

For $40mil they need to throw in the furniture!

You're absolutely right. In Nice you can buy a lovely apartment for 150-350k. In Monaco you are buying membership to a "private" club, tax incentives, security, prestige.
