Dear M.S. Hi, Asking price is under ten mill euros. Option of office - residence. Close to shopping center. But, Building is old and needs renovation. No car parking. Definitely like it.( for brief stays).Best Wishes and Profound Regards.

Yes, the asking price is just over 9 million. The location is excellent and the refurbished flats in this building are very comfortable.

Hello Sanda, Watching from the UK…. Lovely apartment, love the layout, beautiful ceilings and always prefer wooden flooring, did not notice shower in the Principle bedroom En-Suit ?? If not I would remove the bath tub, it looked pretty small when you got in it ?? Price tag … I would say around 18 to 22 Million ?

@@conner.9262 On average, you pay €4,400 a year. This is an old building and there are no high costs. We also have the option of renting a one-bedroom apartament in this building for €4,700 a month.
