Monaco needs urgently some good interior designers..

I know Monaco exists in a price bracket of it's own, but aesthetically, this is pretty bad. It has low ceilings, unsymmetrical and bizarre angles, and gaudy finishes. The wrap around terrace might be the redeeming thing about the apartment, but the orange and white colors reminds me of a cheap Italian restaurant, and the railings look like something from a prison. Sure the view is nice, but my eye is drawn to the very audible roadway as much as the ocean. The road noise is too loud to be peaceful. You had better save a lot in taxes to pay $70m for this apartment.

Location and that harbor view are just incredible, as for the rest of it like weird angles and furniture it is nothing short of shockingly bad.

Villa La Vigie, decorated and rented by Lagerfeld, used by Picasso as residence, sitting on a private cape with big surrounding garden costs less than half the price. And nobody blocks half of your view with other buildings.

It is expensive even for Monaco, but sooner or later will buy even at this price, who wants to have a large flat.

Putting 70 mio on to the table I need minimum 3-5 meters high seelings.

I just don’t think there is enough access to the terrace

Not sure it matters as One must have an invitation to live in Monaco.

It is a bargain compared to Antilia in Mumbai. Antilia has "captivating views" on Mumbai's sprawling slums. Whereas Le Panorama has a breathtaking harbor panorama and F-1 fans soul stirring racetrack views. If it is about location, how come Antilia is "worth" over a $1Billion USD?🤣

There are trophy properties in every country. Their price is not linked to reality. It is more of a status symbol, a luxury object. Especially in India, where there are so many rich people and private capital.

i live close to antilla. its 1 billion with interiors and that property is huge unlike small cramped monaco penthouses which sell for 100 million. Antilla has a 100 car parking and much much more.

@@Tomahawk1999 Videos on Antilia shows a whole army of security armed with long guns. Again, no such scene in Monaco where one yacht costs on average €250 million. The bottom 20% of Mumbai's 21.4 million people earn apprx ₹1,14,000 a year each. On the aggregate, that is not even one Yacht anchored in Monaco!!! The hubris on Antilia needs to be put into perspective for it is off the charts. India's has potential, but is not its reality at the moment.

@@juanmontoya6622 The exorbitant price of Monaco real estate is due to its tax free haven status. a little outside Monaco, and people pay an eye watering 45% in tax. I agree its a great place to live but the security and other qualities do not justify charging 100 million for some really poor architecture and cramped apartments. take away the tax benefits and real estate prices in Monaco would be slashed by 50% or more. India has a long way to go, i admit. Antilla is a marvel in itself though.

After achieving everything finally person reach to loneliness… because on top you don’t find anyone

Inevitably in Monaco due to density, but 70 mill and overlooked by many too close apartments. And who needs twin basins; I've never understood that. If the guy is shaving an elbow in the eye of anyone next to him is very likely? But one man's meat etc., that dough would buy a private estate just outside town.................

Traffic noise, Over looked, Some Rooms Face Rocks and Awful Gold Fittings ... Sorry, not for me at that price.

I'm a developer of fine luxurious building apartments and condominium around the world.This beautiful building located Apartment in Monaco was without a doubt decorated by a blind interior designer.It's unfortunately completely disjointed, is one of the worst interior designed I personally have seen in my life.My seriously advise to the the proprietor if they are seriously wants to sell this apartment they should completely gut-remove all the interior furnishing in order to sell it.Why? The asking price for this property in the in high-end scale and many affluent prospective investors, and or buyers would just get annoyed and just walk out.

The reality of Monaco is people do not live there. They have tax residency there. You go there obtain residency and then juggle the maximum time residency of where you come from with stop offs in Monaco plus holidays elsewhere. E.g. if I am British I gain Monaco residency now I move my money out of England or transfer ownership to my wife who I leave in Monaco I can work 90 nights in the Uk but not be resident for tax purposes. Now that’s 90 nights not days the steamship rules say if I am not there at midnight it’s not a days residency. So I get the helecopter to nice airport the easy jet to London on Monday morning fly back on Thursday night it means I have only used 3 days but I have worked 4. However now the UK taxman cannot touch my income. The homes there are effectively bedsits for millionaires. That $70 million penthouse looks like something out of the 1970s but probably the last billionaire who owned it used it as a crash pad and something for race weekend

How about buy a 5 bedroom 50meter yacht worth 35M while the remaining 35M money to invest , let's say your investment's yearly earning is atleast 10%, that would already allocate for the yachts running and maintenance cost. You can cruise forever and wake up anywhere you want in mediterranean with beautiful views.

The person who buys this apartment considers 70m for it a good investment, owns a 100m yacht, a couple of Gulfstreams and already has a global property portfolio worth hundreds of millions. He probably has a 30m tender for his 100m yacht.
