Night life partying crap is for the bigger cities. Towns like Franklin need to be a place where it's peaceful, friendly and chill. But that's my opinion

I see more pros than cons! Ready to move there! Coming from Folsom CA our small town is very similar to franklin. We’re just east of sacramento, have a historic district, etc. but CA laws and taxes are getting to be too much! I’m ready for a Hallmark life!

Why can't democrats just stay in their democratic, god-awful ran states? Stop running to republican states to ruin those states too.

I used to live in Tennessee. Beautiful state. I have never been to that side of the timeline of Tennessee. For the people who don't know. Tennessee sits in 2 different time zones.

School ratings are important for resale,as well as for parents and their children. Crime is also important, but Realtor, Zillow, Trulia, etc. have eliminated crime in their listings.

Visited Nashville for a week last month, spent a day in Franklin to get a feel of what it would be like living there - and absolutely fell in love! It’s so pretty, the neighborhoods are nice and clean, I can only imagine what they look like during holidays😍 People are so friendly too! Really want to move there now

My pros and cons of Franklin. Never lived there but I stayed there all the time while working in Nashville. Pro's. It's gorgeous!! Perfectly clean. The houses and castles, yes castles are ridiculous expensive and absolutely beautiful. Cons. It has a very, very weird stepford wives vibe. All the women look the same, very high end, size 2 , pushing strollers, with lots of surgery. It's like they're all in competition to be the prettiest mom or a weird mom cult. Leipers fork is way better. Just as beautiful , with a small ,charming, artsy vibe and a regular mom & pop down home town feel.

Wasn’t like that until the Yanks and Californians came in by the droves. And Hillsboro aka Leipers Fork is nowhere near as laid back as it use to be. Everyone thinks it’s hip being in Leipers Fork or living there. It’s gross. I cry driving through there now.

@@adriennespector6720 I believe it. Definitely has high California vibe. Last time I was in Leipers for was probably 6yrs ago. It was pretty laid back then. That sucks if it changed that much.

@@kimieann1975 I don’t know where you are from. It may be laid back for you lol for me it’s not. But my family has been there for 10 generations. We settled Leipers Fork. My great great grandpa would go down to Puckets (which used be a little market) and he’d sit outside with the other old folk and shoot the shit. Now it’s all about music. And everyone wants to live in Leipers Fork because it’s where the rich and famous now live. 🙄 Back then, the rich and famous could go to the grocery store and not be bothered.
