How’s the bandwidth speed out there? Did you have to use satellite internet or do they have dsl or cable with fiberoptic?
Graduated from EHS in 93". I miss walking around that lake.

Oh, and it's a great community. people help one another. I plan on moving back next year, FL is not my cup of tea. I lived in a sweet little cabin. Worked pt at Tall Grass Day Spa .

Sorry, Evergreen is full. Please stay in Denver. It's becoming overrun with traffic and people.who don't know how to drive in snow and ice. Y'all come here and then want to change everything that makes this "town" unique. Besides, you can't afford it!

Lived in the area for 50 years, glad I got to be around Evergreen before it started getting ruined. Now all you see around the lake is whiny ass mountain bike sandal wearing latte hipsters & Denveroids raping and trashing the lake on weekends. Once in awhile it's still a blast when you see a newbie or tourist getting chased because they had to take a selfie with a cow elk and calf.
