Niece, I am glad that you're speaking of HBP. I had a stroke at 45, not knowing my BP was elevated. Hypertension (high blood pressure) is when the pressure in your blood vessels is too high. It is common but can be serious if not treated. People with high blood pressure may not feel symptoms. The only way to know is to get your blood pressure checked. Watch your sodium, stress, and sleep. Control naturally because I'm medicated with daily meds to keep my BP at normal levels due to stroke. I am otherwise in good health at 54, 5'4, and 128. Ladies, maintain a healthy BP! Happy Mother's Day to all the moms!🎉

I feel you Peyton, I'm from MS(when I was clubbing), and we shower/change before going to club as well. I don't get going out in the same clothes from that day. To each his/her own. Hey Peyton😊 I’ve heard some people mention online that Factor meals have affected their blood pressure. I know for some pressure issues come with age and heredity, but it could be affected by the meals. Look it up, I know you google everything and I do too!!
