My biggest thing is nobody builds houses like south Florida. We have all brick homes. When i see new builds on KZread all i can think of is the 3 Little Pigs. 🥴 Houses shouldn't be that much, its just seems like major profits. Builders use the cheapest materials just to get a house done.

you are 100% accurate about certain plants causing cancer.... it's statistically true, esp for states like North Carolina & other southern states where the put the plants near minority homes. There are several studies & documentaries on it

I like that you're taking your time weighing all the pros and cons and taking us alone. Having a new build with your own design or living in a pre-build that no one else has lived in is great energy. Slow and steady with your final decision will always win the race. Hang in there!!

Hey Pey! Your best option is Custom Build on your land.. Also you should consider living on the outskirts. (The rural area) You would get more bang for your buck. The houses that are being built in the city are so close to neighbors. Practically sharing the same land. That guy would of gotten his shit kicked in and I guarantee you if it was me in your shoes.
