That’s what I’m working on myself now , putting extra effort into my appearance to feel great about myself and not letting situations that are going on in my life to make me feel down ! This last two years of my life were questionable due to my health, so why not upgrade my self care and well being.

Peyton you mentioned soul food.Peyton my grocery order through Instacart came around 7pm yesterday.I cooked two pans of cornbread,two pans of chicken wings,black eyed peas with jalapeno,and mixed greens with cabbage,and macaroni and cheese.I made tea,and lemonade.I was not cooking on Sunday.

It’s funny you said this…a few months ago I started to cook my Sunday dinner Saturday night. To lighten my load on Sunday. Sunday’s I can just go to church…come home and chill. I don’t go to church every Sunday. I usually take one Sunday to stay home and sleep 😴 in! I did not do it this weekend though… I cooked today.. Fry Chicken, Rice and Peas, Fry Plantains and Salad on the side …Jamaican Style 🇯🇲😋
