Everyone always asks who's Bonnie Doon? But no one ever asks; "Hows Bonnie doin'?"
Used to live in Bonnie Doon. Was a great neighbourhood, but we left just before covid, wanted more space and the infills were way too expensive, plus crime was going up in the neighbourhood and pretty sure we lived next to a drug dealer's house the cops were always watching.

Still a great neighborhood. We've been here raising my daughters for almost 11 years. It's got its issues no different from other neighborhoods. Agreed however the infills are nutz expensive. We lucked out when we moved in, got a home that wasn't super old nor was it super new. My folks live in Rutherford and that whole Henday corridor is awful. Traffic is horrendous, commutes even worse. But of course it is too each their own. We won't trade up living here.
I need to go here when i go back home to Edmonton
I used to stay at the youth emergency shelter, went to bonnie doon mall everyday for coffee all the time. It was a nice neighborhood. I seem to recall a french emerson school around the corner, h.e berrault i think?
