I’m torn! Both ideas have their perks! Old homes have fun unique features but a move in ready first user sounds great too!

Why don't you take them to the war zone or what the city likes to call the international district 🤣. Show them some houses in the North or South valley or how about the West Central neighborhood. Not so nice and suburban huh?? also let people know that we have one of the highest crime rates in the country and the second highest car theft rate behind Bakersfield CA.😏. COME ON NOW WE GOT TO BE TRANSPARENT DON'T WE 🤷
