What does Albuquerque look like? Driving through an average neighborhood.

Ойын-сауық

Do you want to know What Albuquerque, New Mexico looks like? I will be taking videos of everyday streets and things that you generally wouldn't get to see unless you visited or lived here. I'll drive through residential neighborhoods and talk about the good and the bad. I've lived here most of my life, so I can show you things off the beaten path, and on. I'll show you the shopping malls, strip malls, areas to avoid, best places to shop, dine, and visit as a tourist.
I'll also discuss the educational system, colleges and universities, the cost of living, housing, crime, weather, traffic, and whatever else can be discussed.
Please like and subscribe so you're sure to see my latest videos.

Nice mountain view’s, great food, cost of living is low, but know this, Burque is a drug hub city, and with that comes crime and the homeless enchilada, I have lived in the “War Zone” during the worst years, it has cleaned up some.

What I liked about Albuquerque was how we would still be in the dead of winter up in Loa Alamos (7,649 ft.) around Easter time and drive to our friends house in the Northeast Heights (about a mile high), where the leaves would be emerging and the lawns greening up. That was back in the 1950s and '60s.

SoCal is getting way to crowded and expensive for me. I have lived here since I was 5, and I would miss it terribly, but I think it's time for me to move on. If I was going to come to Albuquerque for 4 or 5 days, do you have any suggestions of certain areas I should visit to get a good feel for the city?

There are a lot of apartments along Tramway between Lomas and Paseo Del Norte and on Montgomery between Tramway and San Mateo. Most are pretty nice, but like anywhere - nothing is perfect. If you can find something affordable north of Montgomery and east of Louisiana, or North of Academy, you will probably avoid a lot of riff raff.

I've been up in CO for quite some time now and I can't stand it. I want to be someplace where people like where they live and there's a cool community, but without overwhelming hype and the disneyland effect that CO now is. The only thing that's really kept me from moving down there by now is not knowing what the economy is truly like and how the cost of living to income ratio is like. There are.Endless little cookie cutter stucco houses, some with false vigas in the front. She didn't want to show those,I guess.Of course there are palatial adobes in the far North Valley, too.

In the valley there are more pueblo homes and of course in Santa Fe. This video is of the northeast heights near Manzano High School.

The east side of town is WAY overrated. It’s nothing but over priced old houses and really old infrastructure. Save yourself the trouble and look to move to the NW side of town near Rio Rancho. New businesses, newer houses, way better roads and schools too.
