Hello, Miss Cheng. A little time away from the loud and busy city is good. And I am glad you had a talk with your boss. Makes a big difference in the work atmosphere. Please follow up with your doctor and if needed get on thyroid medication. Don't take junk from the internet or try to fix it with diet. It doesn't work. (I know.) Thyroid medication is very cheap and your doctor can start you on a low dose. The thyroid gland is small but it affects many things....energy, body temperature, hair growth, your heart. I wish you well, young lady.

Been watching your videos. I live alone too. I’m sorry about ur labs. I have prob with thyroid hormones too. Found out I have pcos and my doctor decided to have my thyroid hormones checked. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I’m taking medications and I feel much better, healthier and more energetic now. I hope ull follow up with your doctor too. ❤

Ate, take good care of yourself huh... It's just that, I think I can sense what's going on, but not totally know what's exactly happening. Just the aura, I can sense and read it just by watching your videos. Stay calm, happy as much as possible and smile as always. Take things one step at a time.. 😊
