Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by the RV life in America. I think it’s the greatest sub culture that we have in the USA, and I’ve never fully understood it until I made this video!
I spent 2 full days living out of an RV in Arches National Park, Utah. Yes - sleeping, cooking, and frolicking around an RV park/campsite! I met some really interesting RVers who were stationed next to me, and I honestly had the time of my life. I hope you enjoy this story!

As a Utah native that has lived here my entire life, I am so glad you could come and visit! Moab is beautiful but very touristy, I highly suggest that people visit Kanab which is in close range of Zion national park, the northern rim of the Grand Canyon, Best Friends Animal Society which is one of the largest private animal sanctuary in the world, and the Coral Pink Sand dunes. Also, Capital Reef National Park is one of our most underrated National Parks. I also love the city of Blanding which is close to the Valley of the Ancients, Lake Powell, Moki Dugway, Hovenweep, and Monument Valley. Utah’s small towns have very enthusiastic and welcoming residents. Welcome everyone!
Your videos are super understandable and your presentation excellent. Most resources give vague instructions without making the newbie understand how things really work. Retired and I have a couple dividend stocks, I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out, adding more at a time.

Would love to see you do a extensive trip in Europe in a RV. Start in Portugal and go to the other edge of Europe or the other way around. You would get a chance to show us so many places and differents cultures and experiences with the plus of enjoying life on the road and maybe share with a few people you know around Europe. And as always, excellent video!

@@microfarming8583 nah American's arent are nowhere near as open as Europeans and america is the most dangerous country in the world so far
So there are people who hike the Appalachian Trail with very little supplies. It's called slackpacking. They are supported by friends or family following along with RVs on the roads nearest to the 'put in' points for the trail. You could stock an RV with goodies (food and drinks that they can't take in backpacks with them, plus little niceties that they might be missing on the trail) to hand out to hikers and follow the trail by driving on the highways. It's called Trail Magic and it's an amazing experience!! My hiking group in Georgia used to set up at trail crossings and give out all sorts of stuff. The hikers were so appreciative and thankful.
Been full time RVing for four years, traveled all over this country and that time is coming to an end. Watching you discover the RV life almost makes me want to cry because I will miss it.

Yes! I road tripped the west of America last year for three months. I’m from England and EVERYONE was lovely! I didn’t have enough time to do all the national parks I wanted to do but they are soooo amazing and I can’t wait to be back in beautiful America!

I would take my mother on an epic trip out west and be sure to hit Route 66 and as many National Parks as possible! My father passed away a few months ago and I really think a vacation and some nature would help my mother heal. Good luck to everyone and thanks Drew for your adventure inspiration! #MYSUNNIERSIDE

You should try spending some time home and do a video about every state!
It's always been on the top of my bucket list to go on a west coast road trip. If I ever get to do it, I'll go all over the west coast, visiting as many national parks as possible, taking the scenic route along the Pacific Ocean, and exploring the cities and towns along the way. I'll probably start from Seattle and go all the way down to Mexico (if that's possible). The woman at 2:07 is right. You only live once, so do what makes you happy (as long as it doesn't cause trouble for others). And for me, there is nothing that could make me happier than to be footloose, travel to new places, and meet new people along the way. #mysunnierside

I want to go to Gardiner, MT to visit Yellowstone again! Or California!
I went to Phoenix on my way to Monument valley. That time I used to stay in Dallas From DFW I flew down to Phoenix then I took a Greyhound bus for Flagstaff, it's one of the most beautiful American town I have seen. And from there I took 2 days tour, one for monument valley and another one for antelope canyon & horse shoe bend. On the 3rd I visited the Southern rim of the grand canyon. So whenever I hear about your hometown Phoenix it brings smile to my face.

Born and raised from Arizona as well, Moab was definitely a solid choice a lot of people overcrowd sedona and Moab is very similar but not as crowded, not all of the town is LDS but I’d guess 45% of the town is and there all pretty nice welcoming happy people. I’m glad to see this kind of content as well drew

Normally there are electric and or propane water heater controls. You shouldn't have had to take a cold shower. lol I've been living the mobile living/digital nomad lifestyle for a few years now. Having a regular change of scenery, new places to explore and interesting people to meet has made this an enjoyable experience. BTW Arches Nat'l monument is on my list so thank you for showing a bit of it.

Looking forward to the videos on Iran, those were really eye opening and made me want to visit and truly recognize that humans are humans everywhere, no matter how anybody’s home country’s propaganda tried to dehumanize or portray the others, the ordinary people experience our full range of emotions, have the same wants, feel the same pains, etc I don’t think there’s any right way to live, there’s many equally valid ways, I can have respect even if I wouldn’t personally enjoy that way of life.

Hi Drew. I just found out that you are from Arizona (me too, "Mezona"). I lived 2 years on the West Rim Reservation, giving narrative tours of the Grand Canyon. I also worked at (my favorite Rim) the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Which is near Fredonia and Kanub, UT etc. I was in St. George, UT every week. Have you ever stopped at Jacob's Lake? Those cookies in the "General Store" (cookie in a cloud and German Chocolate cake), Yummy! Have tons and tons of fun!
