LD I’ve been battling severe fatigue too. When I was in hospital, they said I was very very low on sodium magnesium and potassium. I started drinking Pedialyte last week and I drink 2 a day. It has definitely increased my strength. You might want to ask your doctor about it. My doctor recommended it for me. We could put a little pack of it in the protein shakes!😊 Another thing is that my blood sugar was high. I’m having symptoms of it too. I’m going to ask my doctor to give me a blood sugar test. I seriously believe that the alcohol with all that sugar caused this. Take good care.❤❤❤

Hey cindy! I'm really sorry that you are dealing with this too. I know how you feel. That's a great idea about the pedialite! I have drank that in the past. Btw.... you can buy a glucose monitor at Walmart for very cheap, they are like 12 dollars. The whole kit come with the lance, strips, and the monitor. Check your fasting glucose first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything and if it's over 100, that's an indicator that there is a problem. Could save you a Dr's visit and lab work.... just a thought. Hope you are having a great day! Today's video is almost up! Keep an eye out! God bless❤❤❤❤❤

You are a great speaker, my father had the same liver disease as the country singer Chris Ledaeux I'm not sure how to spell his last name. But my pops never smoked or drank. Still got a liver disease, got a liver transplant, had to take anti rejection meds. He passed away 13 years later, but not because of liver failure. It was other reasons to do with heart and kidneys. But he got sick from being forced to remove Uranium rocks back in the 60's and also supposedly got sick from the tainted drinking water in North Korea in the 60's while in the service. Anyone can get sick at any given time. Please appreciate life. Because you never know what the future holds. His eyes and skin were yellow before the transplant. And after the surgery he had staples all up his stomach to his chest. I dont wish that on anybody please stay safe 🙏 I've been drinking beer for years now to cope and, I feel like this is helping me get back on track. 😢❤

Hey LD and this loving community 💚 what I learned about the Dawn phenomenon is not to eat late, like right before bed . Timing is key. . Try to keep your eating window between 9-5 only. ( daylight) and not to eat a carbohydrate late. The only things I can suggest with fatigue is drinking water to flush toxins from the liver, eat nutritious ! ( protein) ,,doing some exercise, ( being active) the damaged liver can’t produce melatonin for night sleep so it does cause daytime fatigue. Reduce stress. And break your tasks up into small steps to make it possible to get activities done, so rest and recharge your body during the day. Just sitting, lying down 30 min can help. meditation. LD you have an active life and lots of things going on. It could be you’re over doing it. Try the small breaks your body needs. It’s telling you to stop and take a break . But I will say that nutrition is probably number 1. And I know your appetite is bad. If you get your protein from an animal source, it it’s better than a protein powder. I understand the convenience of a protein powder to drink. I use PRIME protein from Equip it has real grass fed beef as its source. It is high quality. If you want to try it let me know I can send you one 💚❌⭕️❌⭕️ Mona 🌟🤘🏻

Wow!! Thank you so much mona for all of these awesome tips!! Coming from you, I know how important it is. You are right, my appetite is not good and I am nauseous a lot. I will loom into the prime protien. I have never heard of it before. Thank you so much for the offer! I will order some next time I get my shakes. I will try and rest a little more too. I completely agree about nutrition! You are so right! My problem is, I get a stomach ache if I eat too early in the day, maybe I will try eating smaller portions throughout the day. Thank you so much mona! I really do appreciate it! Hope you are having a great day! God bless❤❤❤❤❤

I fight fatigue all the time as I don't sleep well or for long at night. I have to take a regular vitamin B complex every day and vitamin D when I remember as I have a desk job. Not long before I gave up drinking my fatigue got so bad that I had to micro nap throughout the day, was losing weight without trying and struggled to walk round the block without passing out, that's when I discovered my red blood count was so low that I eventually landed up in hospital having an iron infusion. It was a nightmare as I have SUCH a phobia of our NHS hospitals (used to work in a couple and patients are extremely lucky to come out alive!) and to reinforce my fears they nearly did kill me during my admission had I not intervened. I now take iron occassionally and taken out a private healhhcare plan to avoid that ever happening again.

My situation is a bit complicated, not only have I just stopped drinking but I am on olanzapine which can cause fatty liver and fatigue. I'm currently weaning myself off this medication. For me it's more mental fatigue than physical. I do have mild to moderate fatty liver, I had an ultrasound over 2 weeks ago. I'm starting an AA class tonight, my dog has just passed away to. It's a strong message to me that things can change fast. So I better stop wasting time. Also I should add I'm doing intermittent fasting and eating only unprocessed food to try reverse the fatty liver.

My family doesn’t understand this, how the smallest things exhaust me. And they want to push me, with good intentions, but more than one big thing in a day can throw me off for days ahead. It seems weird to them that someone who was a professional and always so put together has a hard time functioning. I do my best and refuse to do more after pushing myself too hard a few times and suffering the consequences. I’m not sure if it’s guilt or denial but it’s weird, they just can’t seem to come to terms with the fact that I am so fatigued. Regardless of my diagnosis. I just try and do what’s best for me whenever I can. It’s tough but it isn’t that I don’t want to, I just can’t sometimes. I should mention I’m also a single mom so obviously my kid comes first, and some days that’s all I can do.

I had extreme fatigue and I started taking Youngevity Tangy Tangerine 2.0 for vitamins and minerals since our soil is depleted so our food no longer has what we need in it and ever since my fatigue has greatly improved big time. I only take about half of what it says because of the price but the cheap stuff is just a waste of money because it doesn't absorb or they are just frauds. I prefer the 2.0 over the newer 2.5 because it tastes better and dissolves much better. It really works is all I can say.

I was very athletic in my youth. But have fatty liver (supposedly stage 1) and family history of depression. The simplest things take monumental effort. Moved to new home two yrs ago and still haven't gotten everything organized, but trying to do an hour of work a day in hopes that in time things will get fixed. This really isn't the real me and worried I may have more probs than I realize. Praying for God's repair.

Hi LD. I feel your exhaustion😢 I’m not too bad until I get a virus or cold or something then I’m knocked off my feet for days. I’ve just had a chest infection and have felt like I’m dying. Slowly on the mend now but totally wiped! I want to suggest that if you don’t feel hungry, maybe that’s your body telling you not to eat! Why don’t you just abstain from eating for now. Have lots of healthy juices. Protein shakes etc. You may have read my past health history, in one of my messages. I’ve fought cancer three times with diet only. I went on juices, high strength vitamins and minerals and bee pollen ( bee pollen granules are fantastic) I buy organic from the wild flower fields in Spain. It has every nutrient in it that you need in a day except the Omegas. It’s a pure, easlily digestible food. Also Celery juice alone is fantastic. You have to build up the amount though. Very small quantities to start with. Stay near the loo. After about three days you will feel like someone has switched a light on. Everything seems lighter and brighter. Buy organic. It costs almost double but as you don’t need much, it’s worth it. I did everything I could when I was told I had between 6 months and two years to live. I fought like crazy to see my boys grow up. I’m still here ( obviously lol ) I’m now a Nanny to four truly wonderful grandchildren 😅 I just wish I had stayed off the alcohol as I did for five years and two years when fighting cancer. This time I was diagnosed, two years ago, because I’m on my own, a bit lonely and my family have their lives to get on with, I seem to have lost the drive to survive and have drank alcohol for company and to numb the pain of loosing my mum, partner and very close family member. I’m not drinking now and starting to feel better mentally but I’m very tired. I’ve just started my own juicing again. I’ve had to give myself a good talking to, to get around the sadness. I feel God has a plan for me, just not sure what! That’s the same for you LD. Be kind and generous to yourself. Don’t get too hung up on the videos and replying. You mustn’t exhaust yourself with the stress of it all. You can always diversify and do a video on alternate days. You could also do a generic message to us all to say thanks, as that is obviously very important to you. We all love you and your wife. We only want the best for you. You are very valuable to us and others that are yet to meet you. Please don’t carry the heavy burden of a daily video. One day on, one day off would be great. The day off you can do some prep work, rest, research etc. I’m sure no one on here would be offended if you don’t reply to each one of us. It’s just too much. Especially as your message about Liver disease grows like it has and surely will continue to do so. Love you lots. Take care! No Need to reply lol. 💚

Regarding the appetite when one have liver disease, on my personal experience it was the opposite. My appetite was ok even until the End Stage Liver Disease. After the Liver transplant my appetite change basically has become less over the years. I believe is because of the Medication you have to take to protect the organ and this medication is literate toxic. The suffering never ends even after the transplant. Don't Drink is NOT worth it.
