What law allows for that? They are charged with RICO conspiracy and of the criminal-minded. They basically ended their plea deals to not be known as snitches. That's all. They are guilty and the State proved YSL is a GANG! longtime. Leave the Judges alone!! A Fulton County Grand Jury indicted them first, after the Police brought charges to the D.A.

GA judges are a bad example something must be done. One recently got fired for her antics at a bar. Constantly not allowing the defense authorities to speak, be heard, or defend their client. This is inappropriate behavior.

sounds like availability bias to me. NOT everyone has a case. Believe it or not, MOST people are law abiding citizens and never go to jail/prison in their entire life.

These are lives not objects. Making offers for freedom is crazy

I know many court officers are often older or looking at retirement age. It looks to me me that a lot of these police officers look extreme out of shape for duty.

people not from Ga probably think this is wild.....nah lmao we still in plantation legal system times. FBI knows and supports it too so....this type of thing is pretty nice compared to my cases they know arent as public. I have seen them treat elderly like top notch criminals or troubled women like property tax increase to prison systems. Our plantation is the legal system and these are the ways that the government says is just fine for southern states no matter if it clearly conflicts with our civil rights. People think because this is a MLK state means the opposite of what people think. They actually never forgot that loss and remind us through reflections treating us this way as if it were the favorite house worker for the master. The wildest part is a whyte judge is what you pray for in Georgia because your reflection judge will treat you like you the devil himself knowing it wont be questioned due to the poverty limitations. FBI love its so much they gave us our own GBI that overrides their authority somehow making Ga truly a real stand alone state legally. They have no morality as long as they have the power they think they control. Trump didnt lie about our voting system being rigged its been that way since they made the minorities take redundant test before voting back in the day. Its basically still the same but in more fine printed clever ways clearly violating our rights yet again lol. Atlanta citizens dont have rights we have lefts....left to the wolves. The moment you question any judge here you are SOL. Also you will have the most roughest police encounters coincidentally after.

I think the word the judge can’t think of at 23:39 is “pro bono.” Not sure because I didn’t practice law but pretty sure from experience. Either way… Atlanta, GA apparently don’t have to follow guidelines and appointment attorneys when arraigned

What schools 😊did these judges go to?? Some of the rudest folks I’ve ever seen in a courtroom. I thought Granville was off the hook.. this judge doesn’t have to talk so harsh, maybe it’s his tone I don’t like. I agree the case has gone on way too long but that’s not the defendant’s fault it’s the system fault. Fulton county, State of Georgia needs an overhaul.
