You two guys are great and I love to see your videos. These techniques are marvellous and gold when you are on the ground. In my opinion, if you stand with your opponent, self defence like Krav Maga is quit effective because it is using the hit and run tactics without any need for Energy management because the fight is short. But one of the downside of Krav Maga is the aim to inflict maximum damage.

I've been watching your short starter videos but this added so much more understanding I have always wanted to do martial arts.. thank you for your sharing of knowledge

That Women Empowered is jiu-jitsu is one secret. As a dude, I know another. FitJitsu is the best solo drill program I've had to turn to during quarantine! All the other solo drill programs thrown up in light of quarantine that I've found are kind of slow and technique focused. That's fine. And FitJitsu has technique in it. But FitJitsu's big thing is working up a sweat and getting those muscles, etc., fighting and moving!

@@utubepunk Thrice, in fact. I wouldn't necessarily so widely endorse it in normal times. But when you're stuck at home and want to legitimately get your heart rate up and yourself sweating while you can't train with a partner, it's a more solid choice than some other options. Of course, Gracie Combatives is important to continue doing, too, to learn. But for cardio moving, FitJitsu helps fill that spot in training.

Rener, I propose a Gracie Challenge!! Loser gets the Lion Gi and winner stays married to Mrs Eve Torres Gracie!! I'm a size A1... in case you want to save me the trip... just saying. Great video! Y'all are awesome! My only humble suggestion is that Rener wear a different color rash guard to contrast Miss Eve's leggings. Had to pause and find what she was doing with her legs in Stage 2 since they were blacked out with the black on black.

They will probably grab only one of your legs, they can't hold onto both, kick them hard with other one.

This reply might be late but here is video of mma fight where one person tried to control opponents legs with his arms. Spoiler alert! He gets hit to the head. kzread.info/dash/bejne/h595xNuJk5SoqMY.html What I learned from watching clips like that is that you never want to wrestle the legs.

These are great moves. Here's my issue: Eve's ponytail can be pulled in stage one. Then what? What if you're wearing a skirt or dress & your legs aren't in a position to do these moves? And with stretch pants he could yank those down when her legs are extended against his body in stage three.
