Susie had things outside her relationship with her father after he died, like fixing the wrong doings of the company and leading into a new era, tranaza has no motivation for anything outside of the bee lady. To hal he's nothing without her

I personally feel he becomes the new temporary Ruler of Floralia in absence of the queen, at least until the people can find a new queen and he's using what he learned from Sectonias earlier days of queendom to rule most justly, even if temporary.

It turned out to be the Dimesnion Mirror from Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, and it corrupted Sectonia. She "became obsessed with vanity and delusions of grandeur." Eventually she found and took control of the bee body she has in Triple Deluxe

HAL really loves to remind us at every given chance that Sectonia/Joronia is dead and there's no going back
