It was making me so irritated that he CLEARLY wasn’t listening to understand, he was listening to respond. The defense reconstructionists testimonies truly went in one ear and out the other because he knew from the beginning that his “gotcha” moment was going to be “if we had other information, it could change our opinion”, when it fact, none of it actually could have. He had zero interest in anything they had to say, which is concerning given the prosecution should be operating under the terms of being truth finders for justice.

I was a juror on a criminal trial where the prosecution failed to make the case. The defense could have not called a single witness and I still would have voted to acquit. And honestly, 5 years later I’m still kinda pissed that the prosecution made 14 of us spend a week listening to the sexual activities of a group of college students. It was a terrible case to bring to court and it was 1000% politically motivated. It really opened my eyes to how some people are horrible abused by the criminal “justice” system.

My favourite quote of the day thanks to Dr Rentschler! For Lally and anyone else grasping at straws saying ‘yeah but the DNA, the fragments of taillight on his shirt, she said she hit him’, they clearly don’t want to get this simple point. The injuries and the damage to the taillight simply do not fit the theory that she hit him with the back of her vehicle. For me at this pt, even if Karen did say ‘I hit him’ multiple times that day, it would be akin to a false confession due to stress and panic and worry after he didn’t come home to his niece and nephew, something that was very unlike him. And then everything else IMO was either planted (in the case of the taillight pieces and hair) or just general day to day interaction with the car beforehand (DNA on the taillight panel).

My theory: he got in a physical fight at the Albert home, got beat NEARLY to death, the dog attacked him during the fight, the fight broke up, he left, was walking outside, either slipped or fell over from being brutally beat up, and died in the snow. I don’t think the people in the home actually thought he was dead when he left, but put two and two together when they found out he was dead. Got lucky that Karen read drove by the house, made those comments to Jen McCabe, and from there, they knew they could “pin it on the girl” because she was drunk and didn’t know if she hit him. Got their story straight, with the help of trooper slime ball-Proctor, made it so they wouldn’t be looked at twice when this all went down.

The thing is, though, that after his head got hit during that fight, that would have been it; he wouldn't have been able to walk. At that point, his brain would have begun to swell, and there was nothing that could have been done to save his life. The only thing his body could do at that point was to breathe, and eventually that stopped too. He had to have been carried outside. And the head injury wouldn't have been caused by a fall outside on the grass or the snow. It would have to have happened from hitting something as hard a the concrete floor or the weights.

On Day 28, Trooper Guacano the Prosecution second and last phone/Cellbrite expert said Karen's vehicle made it home and connected with JOK's home WiFi at 12:36 a.m. He repeated this at least 6 times. The Prosecution agrees this timestamp is correct. Then he also testified, without batting an eye, that Karen Read made her 3-point term, which the car data allegedly showed to be in front of 34 Fairview, at 12:45 a.m. But, she wasn't at 34 Fairview then...because her phone conncted with JOK's home WiFi at 12:36 p.m. Guacano said the defendant's phone was a half mile from 34 Fairview at 12:21 a.m. when it registed walking 248 feet and going up/down 3 flights of stairs...so Guacano said KR's car w/ JOK as passenger was just driving up and down hills. But Ryan Nagel and his two passenger's saw Karen Read's SUV at 34 Fairview at 12:21 a.m. The Prosecution's own data can't explain how KR could have hit JOK at 12:45 at 34 Fairview when she had already made it home to 1 Meadows Drive at 12:36. If the Cellbrite data don't fit - you must acquit.

I think a lot of people are confused by reasonable doubt & don't understand the burden of proof. They are ready to convict someone based on their personal "feeling" about the defendant. Like using her voicemails or her personality as their "proof". You have to have more proof than a few voicemails. 🤦 I like how you explained it in simpler terms that they can understand. If you don't think the car hit the victim's arm & caused those marks... then spun him 30ft, blah, blah, blah... Then you can't convict her. You would think that's common sense, but it's not. 😉 Always enjoy your knowledge & experience as an attorney. 👏👏

@@PEBBLEZ21- as they stated when they litigate a case and they’re called in it can be years after the crash or crime has taken place. They don’t actually need the SUV to be able to reenact what would happen to SUV that’s the whole point of them creating the canon, dummy. These guys literally crash dummies to come up with scenarios of how things happen and WHY they happen that way. They had all the pictures. They had the medical reports , and that’s all they needed. The best evidence they had on their side science, logic, and physics.

@LisaJeter9511 - Try to think Positive - Aidan Kearny (aka TurtleBoy) has been in the Courtroom for Days giving Breakdowns of the Jurors Reactions to Testimony & he's been saying for awhile that they've all but Checked out when Lally was still Questioning his Witnesses, but would perk up when the Defense would Cross them. The Jurors were also taking Notes, Smiling during parts where it was Proven that Things said by CW Witnesses were Lies... I have High Hopes that the Jurors are on the SAME EXACT PAGE as us in Believing Karen isn't just NOT GUILTY, BUT INNOCENT. As in, she had NOTHING to do w/ John's Death. In Fact, I've come to the Conclusion that they were initially going to try to pin John's Death on Lucky, to make it look like John got Hit by a Plow, but that Ship Sunk when Karen Woke up, got on the Phone & then immediately got in her Car to start looking for him... & that's when Blaming Karen was Birthed. It's sickening to think about what was done to Karen that she's never really had a Chance to Grieve John, but to think that it could've been Lucky in Karen's Shoes is unconscionable!! #KarenReadIsInnocent #FreeKarenRead #JusticeForJohnOKeefe

THE PROSECUTION WITNESSES PROVED ME WRONG.The more I looked into this the more I could see how the defense is right. I think that Jenn convinced Karen that you were so drunk you probably hit him. SOthe Karen starts to think maybe I did. But then the defense looks into it and the Albert's have a history like Chris Albert getting 6 months were he crossed the lane and hit and then ran. If he was intoxicated by the time he turned himself in he got 6 months. NOW Chris is Colin's dad . LAST NIGHT turtle boy went to eat . But the Chris and Colin and others had gone before a judge and said that the Albert's and mccades were afraid for their life to get a protection order against turtle boy. Last night the Albert's Chris And others circled him slapped the phone out of turtle boys hand but girlfriend turned hers on. ONe of the Albert's told him to come over trying to push him so he would violate the protection order. Watching them I can see the Albert's surrounding John and it getting out of hand.
