I highly recommend Poland as a destination. My husband is Polish and I've been multiple times and visited much of the country. The exchange rate makes your US dollars go very far. It's also a great place for medical tourism (I remember that you want to get eye (?) work done).

That’s interesting when you said the Fijian people know they’re from Africa and familiar with black people because I work with one who always has A LOT of questions about black ppl, our culture etc. She’s always referencing how black ppl are different from Fijian. You pay that yourself. You choose somewhere you want to go and would go otherwise. The draw is saving on the accommodations .
