I love your energy and the way you explain things in such simple terms. Dr. McDougall has often said he wants to pass the baton to a younger crop of medical doctors. You are doing just that, and you honor your colleagues. You have convinced me to drink a green smoothie for breakfast from now on.

Guys, I just got off my first zoom meeting with Doctor Goldner❣️ She was truly wonderful...kind, sincere, thorough, quick to problem solve, and on a mission to work out the puzzle and get me to health asap. I highly recommend her to you all. May our journey's to great health be blessed, and may she be a means to it ❤

Thank you for clearing that up about weight gain - for those of us who are underweight. I am doing the Hyper nourishment smoothies and as much raw foods as I can so I'll stick with this until I gain healthy weight again. Less is more - which I keep hearing from other health people as well. Good to know it has worked for you and others to get a healthy weight back again especially after being sick.

My son in law has severe gastrointestinal issues (throwing up almost everyday since Nov 2021) and has type 1 diabetes. He’s so sick and can’t seem to get the medical help he needs. Is this something you could help him with if he joined your program? We are getting desperate. We lost his brother to suicide in February and the thought of losing another son is inconceivable.

Do you have any suggestions for extreme hair loss? I have been drinking green smoothies, eating salads, tofu and avocados. I’ve lost 30 pounds with 20 more to go but HELP! My hair is falling fast!

A lot of vegan doctors say this naturally happens with weight loss on vegan diet. I have very thick hair and lost quite a bit when I first went plant-exclusive. It recovers after a while tho. There are probably lots of videos on hair loss for vegan diets. You might want to search.

I've always found BMI so contrived in the way it is worked out. According to the BMI, when I was overweight my BMI said I was slim! I completely ignore it. I like being slim, even very slim actually, I am definitely not anorexic, I eat a lot on my WFPB way of eating. Being slim just suits my body and how I want to look. It's a shame so many doctors and dieticians in the UK still use it as a reference.

I have more toxins in my body after 2 months on this green smoothie protocol, feeling tired, headache, painful joints etc Is this normal? How to overcome this? Do I need to stop the smoothies for a while? I am trying to get rid of the arthritis and inflammation from my body. Thank you for your help

Does this shake and raw diet help bone density? I am trying to beat breast cancer hopefully this will work in my favor. Since making this morning shake my rashes on my body have vanished. I am thinking if my skin is clearing, my inners must be working in my favor.

No coconut, lots of saturated fat. A little bit is ok when you're completely healed, usually. Not for everyone.

Green smoothies people seem to not be able to let them go and constantly think about them ... Sounds like an addiction ... True energy and health should come from inside no matter what and when you get to eat. Also, we are not smartest because of hunting for best plants for hundreds of thousands of years 😊 (booze especially 😊) Nutrition is not about plants vs meat. Nutrients are for who is adapted best. We have adaptations for meat and fat especially and they may have well tipped the balance for us to be here ... No plants eating animal is smarter on average than a carnivore because there's no need to as plants just cannot run or fightback (except the Trifides movie maybe 😅)

Love your work! Can you address one major concern I have though - oxalates with spinach, etc.? Doesn't this create an issue down the road with buildup of these crystal shards in tissues and organs?

She has done a video on oxalate search for it. They aren't a problem. If I'm correct, the picture has her with a cup of green smoothie with a straw in the video.

Oxalates are only an issue if you suffer from kidney disease. And Dr Goldner has advised skipping spinach if it's an issue and eat kale, chard etc.

Dr. G. has discussed oxylates in other Q and A sessions. Bottom line: If you don't eat meat, you don't need to worry. If you ant to be extra cautious use broccoli, bok choy, or other greens instead of spinach. It's not a requirement.

Skip spinach. I use kale and arugula in my HN smoothies as I’m oxalate sensitive.

Thanks everyone for filling me in. I haven't seen the one(s) yet where she addresses this. Interesting that not eating meat protects you against oxalates, I hadn't heard that before. I'll try to find the video so I can understand the mechanism behind that. And I'll skip spinach and chard just to be safe.
