I HAD to laugh when Scott ranted about it not being NORMAL for people to actually go check out a noise in a dark basement or in the woods and whatnot. I guess I'm not normal (which will be no surprise to my husband - HA!) because, unless I can immediately identify a sound as a possible PERSON, I DO go to find out what it is, even in the dark. I long ago recognized I'm good horror movie fodder because of that. LOL

Excellent both of you! Thank you for giving us these tips to maneuver through this increasing strange world. I enjoy all that you do! Greg, I hugged the woman that backed into my car. Totally defused the situation. We even went for dinner a couple months later and are now friends. Who knew;)
There are 3 front desk men at my apartment building who work rotating shifts. There is one of them who has always given me the creeps. But I tried to ignore that feeling and made an effort to be nice to him. Then he no longer worked here, to my great relief. Unfortunately he is back now. And he still gives me the creeps. But before he returned I had watched several of your videos and The Behavior Panel videos. Because of those videos I decided to trust my initial instinct about him. So I treat him politely but very business like. I no longer make an effort to be extra nice to him.

So Many people look at Greg as terrifying. While I think he has that capacity , due to his life's work, and experiences, I don't immediately see/ feel, or get that vibe. Thank you for your time and information. You guys are a nice break in the day. Hi from Littlerock, CA.
How fascinating! My dad passed away when I was 5 1/2 and the last time I saw my aunt, his sister, she commented how much my sense of humor and personality was like my dads! It meant a lot to me for her to tell me! Also I’ve collected photos And love genealogy and noticed how my mother and I and the females on her fathers side (who she knew the most) sit and stand so much like one another! I never knew most of them. I always wonder how much is in our DNA and how much of who we are is also a result of the environment we were raised in. Thanks for sharing! I feel like I’m not so crazy when I listen to you gentlemen! There’s little chance anyone will change my mind about reading body language! It’s when I’ve turned a blind eye or didn’t trust myself that things wind up going wrong! Trust your feelings and stop to ask why and go research to find out before reacting or making a choice! You’ll thank yourself later! 👍🏻👏🏻❤️😁
This is great. Thanks guys. 😀✌🏽

Just finished watching this and I'll have to look into this membership thing. So many things I want to say but we'll try to keep it short. Hanging out with you and your would be a hoot! I think Scott and his Radio voice is entertaining us as much as it is entertaining him! Finally, regarding Brad Pitt. As soon as you mentioned him I automatically visualized him chewing gum. And on that note, I think Tim Allen is underrated and it's something I rarely mention 2 people. I think they'll think I'm crazy. As always, thanks for the entertainment!
I really enjoy your Q@A all of them
One of the best things that ever happened to my kids on the spectrum was help and training with body language. Both of them are very social and fairly effortless relating to others, unlike me. They started by 4th grade. I'm so thankful our local school system hooked the guys up with an amazing psychologist. The younger has a business meditating consumer complaints.

the most amazing show!
You guys are so fascinating. 😊
These and your other videos are so much more interesting than most things on the internet, wow. An issue for me is, I'm a therapist and read people like crazy but towards a different end. Though maybe I do reach for a confession of sorts (what happened to you to make you the way you are?) but through a different process and over long periods of time... I think of myself as not analytical insofar as overt behavior but maybe I am. I do watch, but mostly I listen. I'm not sure how I do what I do, but I think I do it through my body, a kinesthetic observer. (Grad school doesn't teach these concepts, why would they?) (Rhetorical question.) My point/process with people is to establish trust however long that might take, get a sense of the kinds of things driving behaviors and listen for the truth because most people don't know it and we're trying to find it. Or at least I am given that most people I see would have entirely different lives if they knew their truth and lived it rather than crushed it with depression or let the attempt to outrun it drive them with anxiety... often. So... when I hear someone say what's true for them (truth rings like a bell when people speak it) I talk to them about what I hear them saying (for real not as an active listening ploy - I'm not guessing or paraphrasing to be coy, I'm confronting to help them wake up). Often people say they're confused about a person or situation and the truth is, they're conflicted about it. They don't want to know what they know. And I can recognize that - but I'm old and have been at this a long time in my life as well as working with others. Beware old age and treachery stuff. At any rate, in private practice, people aren't there to lie to me - except people do if they're ashamed of something, which I may or may not follow up on given a variety of givens. I spent 12 years as one of those mental health professionals who was called out to conduct an investigation to determine whether or not a respondent should be placed on an involuntary hold. That required looking and listening on a pretty broad scale as my job was to determine if the person posed a risk and people were in crisis and often very mentally ill and/or violent. The ones I often listened the hardest to was family members as they often have the most loaded agendas for wanting someone locked up... And I worked in the jail a bit and was called upon to determine whether or not an inmate could go into general population so of course most of them had a reason to lie. I hated working with sociopaths and criminals though, ugh. I prefer being open with clients and not having to arm myself against constant manipulation and stories that nobody wants to hear about, ever. But it's all education. One of my trainers, a psychiatrist, used to tell us that it was easy to diagnose sociopaths as you immediately want to give them your wallet and the keys to the place. Most of the sociopaths I've met, especially young gang members are especially likable and charming, but of course I had things they might want and no particular agenda for them to fear. Anyway - all of that to say my reasons for reading/studying human behavior are different and I don't' want to get my brain in the way of my other senses by trying to make this a study. So I am conflicted about wading into these too far - that's my main point here. (haha, buried the lead). Oh and my opinion regarding how to learn to read body language is grow up in an abusive emotionally or physically violent household, then figure out what you were entrained to know about people's behaviors. That's a joke. But not really. Great stuff - thanks!
Thanks guys 🙌🏻 ✌🏻

My pet peeve with actors is when they're pretending that something caught their eye or saw something by accident. A lot of them don't make that look real. I also admire Brad Pitt's acting talent. I am especially appreciative of your channel today because I had some friends last night telling me that I can be too analytical and read too much and watch too much informational content.
