@Achtung Baby -agreed. John McClane is surprised, taking fire from two directions, one semi auto side arm to multiple full auto arms, he simply works on the problem.

I'll never understand the ridiculous hate for this film. Len Wiseman did an AMAZING job directing. Even with the PG-13 rating, this movie rocked. And if people thought this was bad, then nothing would have prepared them for the abysmal, "A Good Day to Die Hard." Literally, unwatchable!

This movie gets better the more you watch it I admit I hated it after I saw it in theatres but it holds up. I honestly think this is better than any of the overrated John Wick movies too. I never did like those even after multiple views.

You really don't find the overt vehicle action scenes like the goddamn truck vs. fighter jet or having a car jump into a chopper problematic at all? This film does have some decent stuff in it but it goes overboard too many times and makes McClane a superhero instead of the suffering everyman that he is in Die Hard and Die Hard 3.

Die Hard 4 is the Disney version of Die Hard. A travesty that betrays the mean and violent universe set by Die Hard. McClane swears. He takes out bad guys and the camera doesn't shy away from the violence in the first three. The race-against-the-clock feel is present in 1-3 lending a sense of urgency. In this one we have McClane and funny sidekick going on a road trip to stop the villain over a couple of days. The suspense is lost because of this.

Never get bored watch this scene.. Bruce bring it perfect.. Love it..

Director Len Wiseman did an amazing job in this film.

Stallone has a paralysed face n he’s older than Willis but still talking, walking n acting but what aphasia did! It took away Willis! You’ll be missed man. Thank you for entertaining a world with your work for so long n bring smiles on faces n for the great work you’ve done ✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻

Yours is the FULL apartment shootout clip that was hard to find on YT. Thank You for this.

He was asking millions to play small roles without him actually memorizing his lines and he got booted out, besides him having a difficult reputation actor to work with. Do your research and you will see what they thought about him as an actor to work with and even few directors refuse to work with him.

@@shadowsnake3867 Yep, Kevin Smith his biggest fan went from being totally Team Bruce to hating his guts from his BS on Cop Out, then add he did some work with the guys who wrote Cop Out for their directorial effort and they were all YAY we landed Bruce, to the end of the shoot to saying WILL NEVER WORK WITH HIM AGAIN. He and Stallone were good friends, after his BS on Expendables 3 Stallone hasn't talked to him since and while some of this could have been attributed to his condition, the fact is it went on and on for years and no one stepped up until he lost all of his mental capacities. I think him letting it go for so long did more harm than good. Hollywood is full of fakes, when it was announced he would be stepping back you heard all of the fake condolences... the only true condolences came from his fans... yet most don't know his sordid history in the business. Because of his status a lot of his antics were covered up by a great PR team as opposed to Ezra Miller...

@@Whatchamawhozit anything in media has a ton of fakes. If it's the talk equals money. Famous or being infamous gets a to of attention and if used properly you can have a ton of influence and money. The problem when you become famous you become very entitled like what Bruce did or you use that influence in a wrong way like what Ezra or other influencial people did. If you can make people react means you have their attention.

Is it just me or does the audio cut out completely from 2:18 to 3:18? Very strange this wasn't happening before.

Childhood memories! Here in Warsaw the posters were pretty much on every fucking wall. I was like nine and when I walked out of that movie I was basically the happiest person on Earth XDD

Man, 4 was great. They really dropped the ball on 5. 5 took too long to make, shit director, casting & script. Miss opportunity after 4.

The story of his life

This movie rocked

I was one that saw this film in 2007 when it came out in theaters. I remember at the time, kinda thumbing my nose at this film, simply because of the PG-13 rating. Then, fast forward to 2013 and A Good Day to Die Hard is released with it’s R-Rating. And oh my, did I have a MASSIVE renewed appreciation for this film after seeing that dumpster fire. Now, Live Free proudly sits in the Die Hard franchise as right up there with the original and With A Vengeance as a fantastic, well made action film.

Such a badass movie

They said this movie is suck but actually its a good sequel 👌 Let's just forget the part 5

This movie aged well... I feel like it's far more appreciated these days even with the nonsensical PG rating.

The last good one if you ask me. And I would think with all that's happened to John McClane, he'd keep a backup pistol or two on him.

This was the best of the sequels IMO

This film started really strong but ultimately fell short of die hard 1 and 3 . Still a worthy inclusion to the series.

After the original, this is the best die hard

Die hard die hard vengeance and die 4 are the best I get why 4 theatrical got hate. Unrated edition the best. Overall 4 was a really good movie in my opinion

Looks like 4 blocks of C-4. If memory serves, and it usually does, that is 5 lbs/ ~2.7kg of high explosive in a confined space. 6 psi blast overpressure, and you're dead. C-4 detonates at something like 27,000 feet per second. That charge would push 6 psi out like 55-60 feet in a confined space. More, if it was tamped certain ways. And thats not even touching primary and secondary fragments. Short version, everyone in that apartment is dead.

Think about it. They're there to kill a scrawny computer geek. If the bomb doesn't get him, the sniper will. They're option C. I know *I* wouldn't be sweating my ass off in a windowless van in July, wearing body armor, if my tasking was, "kill one skinny egg head. You guys probably won't be needed, because there's a bomb, plus we got this ninja sniper guy. Just chill in the van unless we need you." Sweet, no vest today!

Always hated it when the bad guys have the best weapons and i got none. Am i not a bad guy?

The sound is broken

Très bon film... peut-être même le meilleur de la saga.

This was an amazing movie then and still is now. I usually tend to go straight to this after the first one. Second one was kind of 'meh'. Third one with Sam Jackson was a very good sequel. Some things I never understood is how 1) every 'hacker' had his PC rigged with explosives, 2) how they never noticed the new added hardware, and 3) why of all options was the Delete the hotkey for detonation rather than something way more common like "e"?

Knowing their addresses , they probably booby-traped their hardware when they weren't at home, as for the Delete hotkey seems like it's a quick way for a hacker to erase evidence of their illegal activities.
