I am absolutely proud of Wyatt, I remember when that locomotive was pieces of metal laying on a workbench. The fact that the engine was done in 2 weeks for the triennial was pure madness and devotion.

We made it a priority to film his run to Hope Circle not knowing exactly when he would be ready. It all came together and we shot what I consider the highlight of the Triennial.

My brother and I have done five Triannuals. 2000,2003,2006,2009,2012. Each time it has gotten larger than before. Unfortunately my brother has passed. But I want to do it again for 2025. Who knows maybe we will meet you there. The only thing that you did not say was that Train Mountain was started by Quentin Breen. Steven Sipes

AWESOME Video !!! Outstanding !! As I grew up on a RR in a close knit Church Community on a farm in Belmont, GA on the Gainesville Midland Line. I can't wait till I can afford to build my Church Community a RR for the kids. Google, Gainesville Midland RR or Robert Soule. My Uncles were Engineers, Conductors and MOW workers for many years. I used to get to ride in the cabs and cabooses as a kid thru my teens. I loved every minute of it !! I'm 72 now and still Love Trains !! HooAH ?

What a beautifully awesome train video❤. My love for trains specially steam started as young as five and I'm now 71 and still have a strong love for model trains. I enjoy my small collection of Canadian Pacific engines and cars in mainly steam. Sending endless Blessings & future success in this awesome train community. 🍁🤝🇺🇸👍👍👍❤️💯%

Ok... I'm a train guy (or I wouldn't be watching this video) but... I'm also a still, video, and drone guy. I saw several shots with drones chasing the trains and heard the “right sounds” of the train...not the buzz of the drone. Good job. It took me into the moment. I think ya'll are a bunch of nuts..and the world need more of you. People who know what makes them happy and chase after it like crazy.

Beckers dairy farm Roseland New Jersey had a 7,000 feet miniature rail road ride. May thru October ( 1940 thru 1972 ) vaguely remember that from 60+ Years ago. Excellent photography job enabling viewers to better understand what the orator & guest speakers were describing. Viewing this presentation from the comfort zone of my computer room. Along the "" Space Coast " of Florida🐊🐊. Wishing viewers/ train ride crews. A safe/healthy/prosperous ( 2024 ) 🌈🎉😉.

i have a replica spike from May 10th 1869 Promontory Summit, Utah got to see the JUPITER. two trains run to re placate the meeting of the two territory’s no train ride sorry. but worth watching. built by slave labor of the Chinese. you can ride the original route by car or truck on the original train bed. shame though they don’t have a ride to experience but the park could do a model train 🚂 take rides on but do a steam train of the Jupiter just to attract more patrons. gift shop is well worth a visit.

Hear me out..... This video has me so inspired to imagine the first bullet train at this scale sleek white and tilting around the bend the engineer reclined back and close to the ground like the convertible of the rails. His console is a BMS showing the batteries along the floor of each car as brushless motors on each bogie with high torque planet gears make the entire unit move with that satisfying slow hum

He used to work/volunteer at Steam Town when it was in Bellows Falls back in the day. He would get a kick out of this. I would love to see one of the hobbyists do a scale version of the F units from the movie Silver Streak…one mint and one with “crash damage”. 😆

Excellent visual composition. Thoroughly enjoyable to watch, really enjoyed it, thank you. By way of constructive criticism, I felt that a lot of the commentary and tone of narration had been dumbed down for the benefit of non-railway folk, which is fine if that's what your after and, in some places, the musical choice became more 'noticeable' than the trains. However, none of this really detracts from the remarkable tenacity and creativity of those who have constructed this remarkable line. Thank you for posting!

Hi 7idea Productions Folks! Thanks for a great family-friendly video. You may want to have a second look at some short footages to excise, though: there's footage of a DRG & W snowplow and footage of a Southern Pacific specialty car emblazoned with the inverted pentagram (upside down 5 point star) and skulls. Please be advised that these symbols are of the Occult, the Satanic-Demonic. Practitioners thereof leaving this life enter into, well, let's just say a realm unpleasant beyond one's worst nightmare.

I grew up near Chicago and my Grandfather used to take me to an amusement park called Kiddyland. They featured real steam rides using live steam. Locomotives and they took you once around the park. They had a train yard where they would park several steam locomotives all fired up and ready to go. I don’t think there is a Kiddland any more, I wonder where the locomotives went.
