"Introvert," "I love you, I hate you," and "standing ovation" off her album SIMBI are must listens. Far more lyrically dense than Gorilla and the production from Inflo remains top notch!!!

Standing Ovation is definitely one of her hardest songs, she has so much energy it’s insane

Can’t wait to see George change his mind about her lyrics once he starts hearing more

I totally agree with George on this song (and you). Lyrically it's not her strongest, but the flow, beat and feel of the son is off the hook! A lot of her other songs are a lot stronger lyrically.

FACTS 💯💥
She has a great tune called Introvert too, going off what you were saying at the end
Her song Introvert is incredible, very lyrically and musically dense. Gorilla is her on some chill vibes
The best rapper in the world at the moment. 3 great projects back-to-back
*Little Simz and Sampa the Great* are my two favorite female emcee's. Barz over gimmicks and their music videos be on point. "Point and Kill" is the business and "Introvert" is a masterclass of production.

I heard sampa the great on an IKEA advert! The flow is unparalleled (besides little simz)
I saw Little Simz in 2019 at the Velvet Underground in Toronto. She was amazing. Tiny venue, intimate show. She mingled and engaged with the crowd while performing. She has so many great tracks. Easily one of my favourite rap artists.

I just photographed her set at NASS fest here in the UK. She's an incredible talent! It was a visually stunning performance too. She's legendary status.
Wait for it George, wait till you hear her pen... She's an incredible lyricist. Introvert, I Love You I Hate You, Point & Kill - be prepared for eclectic masterpieces.
You mentioned the Missy references. The video was directed by Dave Meyers who directed all of Missy’s biggest videos. Lots of nods to Missy and Busta and the work they did with Hype Williams
I'd say she's in conversation (with Dave) as the best the UK offers to hip hop rn, last 3 albums have been gold

All three for sure!!
That was great, slick, smooth, classy & original.
I would really love them reacting to "point and kill" cause that's FIIIIREEE
After so many years you’ve FINALLY reacted to Little Simz 😭🔥 she’s amazing. You should do Venom next or Woman.
Little simz- Angel. Great track. Best on the album imo
Introvert and 101 fm is two of her best.
Little Simz is the best UK rapper right now - she has a *ton* of fire songs out not just from this album, but also from way back. Recommendations: "Introvert", "Good for What", "Venom (A Colors Show"), "Backseat (A Colors Show)", "NO THANK YOU (it's a 10 minute vertical slice through the album with a great music video, very much worth it).
When one of your first instincts is to make an Outkast comparison you know you're hearing someone special. 3:25
I first got introduced to Simz through COLORS the KZread channel like 4 years ago with the song "Backseat" i loved everything about her vibe , sound and flow. Glad to see her get the recognition she deserves now
It's a weird feeling. I'm peeved yall don't know her and excited you're about to. She's arguably the best rapper in the UK.
gotta see venom with the colors show shows off her rapping abilities like crazy
Greatest female rapper at the moment
been waiting for this one!
Y’all have to listen to her work off of her 2021 album “Sometimes I Might Be Introvert”, it was one of the best albums period to drop in 2021 imho. Tracks like: Introvert, I Love You I Hate You, and Two Worlds Apart are all great choices.
Venom (colours show) will give you the lyrical flexing. Introvert will give you the full package of how she pushes boundaries. I love you i hate you is all storytelling. The grey area album is a masterpiece, personally love 101fm and Wounds. Angels off no thank you and woman off SIMBI show general flexibility. Can’t wait to see you hear more.
Grey Area might be my favourite album of all time - it's ridiculously good

Facts - it’s a modern classic for sure. Perfection 👌💯
Lets gooooooo!!!🤘🏼 i was waiting for this one so baaad! i knew u guys probably got flooded with this request so im more than glad this is out!!
Amazing song, the whole premise of "Monkey to Gorilla" is "I will not be oppressed", and that is what the whole 'No Thank You' album encompasses! I'd love to see more reactions for songs on that album, her lyrics are super powerful. ("Broken" is my fav from the album)
Y’all gotta hear “I Love You, I Hate You” and “Little Q, Pt. 2” from her other album then “No Merci” from this album. My personal favorite tracks from her
The “S.ometimes I. M.ight B.e I.ntrovert” album is the best Hip Hop album so far in the 2020’s….Point & Kill, Woman, Little Q pt 2, Two Worlds Apart, Introvert…..I Love You, I Hate You….Hip Hop is NOT dead….it is alive and well….you just have to look beneath the surface…..
I know you guys would love it! ❤ happy to see you guys throw out major compliments like the comparisons to Outkast n Missy
Your guys reactions are always on point!!! So hyped you guys reacted to this!! Simz is easily one of the greats of today!! She just keeps getting better!!! This was arguably AOTY last year!!! Hope u guys react to more of her music!!! It's a must! Much love LIV and fam‼‼‼✨✨✨💙💙💙
Nice. I’ve been waiting for Little Simz reactions for a while now
I just found about this song two days ago (on a rock channel of all places) and have replayed it at least ten times. I agree with the Missy Elliott influence yet she's still her own person. Love her flow and genre blending.
Finally, been wanting y’all to check her out for a minute!!
I got introduced to her from her release SIMBI (Somethimes I Might Be Introvert) 2021. The intro "Introvert" is massive sounding and theatric. Amazing album through and thorugh.
one of the very best 👑
'I know the streets will love it like I brought Mike Skinner' IYKYK
My favorite rapper right now.
this is dope af!
I was about to request this! I'm going to enjoy this one :)
It's been a long time coming. Great to see you finally tapping into simz. Introvert needs to be next up. INSANE song and album opener
Finally! Been waiting for this!
Finalllyyyyyyyyyyy I’ve been dying for this
Her live performance with Gorillaz at Coachella was 🔥🔥🔥

Gorillaz - Garage Palace. It's a great track & she killed it live
You can listen to 'Angel', the first track on the project, it's very reminiscent of Kendrick's storytelling on 'Sing About Me/I'm Dying of Thirst'. Plus Dave Meyers did the video for 'Gorilla', the man who did the most of Kendrick's videos, so there's that also.
Im so happy y’all finally did little Simz
She's so creative! Nice reaction! TY
Oh yes finally onto simz. Shes genuinely in my opinion the best rapper in the world right now based on form. Her album SIMBI is personally the best album to drop in the 2020s.

I completely agree. Simz doesn’t miss. This is a great introduction to her as the guys noted at the end and this is basically Simz just coasting and it is STILL this much FIRE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 You must check more Little Simz out, you can’t really go wrong, she is that consistent 👌 Personal favourites and highly recommended: Boss Pressure Silhouette Point & Kill Dead Body Good For What Also - You MUST check out her most recent Tiny Desk concert - it is perfection.
Finally the best analysis reaction to the best rapper of today.
Great review as always guys! Been following Little Simz since way back so love to see her finally getting the respect she deserves! Also I totally agree that Tobe Nwigwe should shift more towards conventional beats because he's an amazing artist and those type of beats would enable him to appeal to a broader audience. One song I really like from him though is 'Headshots ft. D Smoke'. That verse after the first beat switches is amazing!
Great look guys, she's a great rapper with a lot to say in her realer songs like Introvert. This one is obviously a fun technical one.
Absolute Fire!!!! Killer groove!!🤘🔥🤘
Need to do Women by Little Simz
Please do more Little Simz!! IMO she is one of the greatest of our generation.. Introvert from her 2021 album, Angel from this same album “No Thank You” is haaard too. Shes definitely got songs where she’s barring harder than this and have an incredibly vast array of styles and tunes so there’s more for u guys to explore, no doubt. Would love to see ur reactions and thoughts as u venture further into her discography!!
About time!
This just made my day!
Every now and then something comes along that’s just special. Gorilla is pure fire! Hip Hop Worldwide!
Damn they should’ve done Introvert for a first listen
Been waiting for you two to start reacting to Little Simz, best of the UK hands down! 🙌🏾🩵
I think you guys would also enjoy Enny. She’s also a British rapper and has opened for Little Simz, but she brings a unique style with a relevant theme!!
I would kill to see a noname and little simz collab. Both are my current top contemporary rappers.
honestly, you guys on your own time should listen to her albums, I have her top 3 british rappers and she aint 3rd
sometimes I might be introvert is such a good album
Dead calm delivery- mad music- fire lyrics- surreal visuals full of nods and symbolism 😍. I’m obsessed.
I’m on board with a Little Simz x TOBi collab. They’re both Nigerian so even better
This is some fire production.
Wowww tobi is great love seing that you still listen to him
Omg. More Little Simz please!!! I love her
"Offence" is my favourite tune by her. Great video too! 😎
Speaking as an introvert, eclectic and creative are not always bad things. I enjoyed this reaction and would like to more from her.
Saw her lives week ago in ATL- Spectacular❤
She also acts - she is on Netflix’s Top Boy. Evidently most of the actors on the show are musicians as well.
awesome yesss

Give her track "Venom" a listen
Thanks for finally getting to Simz. 😭 Please listen to "Pressure", "Standing Ovation", "I Love You, I Hate You" or "Silhouette". 'Cause she was not playing lyrically on any of those tracks. 👌🏿🔥
I had this on a loop for 5 hrs when it came out, just smoking hard in Queens bothering my neighbors 😂✌🏽🇩🇴
I cannot believe you've never heard her! Better late than never. You're in for a treat. 101FM from the album Grey Area deserves a mention. Love from England
Her song Wounds is what got me into her. I hope that's one of the songs you check out.

Wounds is amazing. My absolute favourite on Grey Area is Pressure. Such a great song, and those flows 🔥🔥🔥🔥
pls listen to the whole album its a gem
She's so damn talented.
Yes little simz!!!!
yup, old skool boom bap approach. Beat loop is sampled from Ramsey Lewis - Summer Breeze. Venom by little Simz is fire. Introvert also good, but disappears up it's own ass a bit at the end IMO. Still, Simz is a very creative artist. You're right, the visuals, message and rap are all part of the experience. Her next album is sure to be different from the last.
Her last 2 albums were the best 2 UK rap albums without doubt

Up there with Dave and Potter Payper
She's is incredible!
oh you're opening up pandoras box diving into simz shes insanely incredible
Would love to see you check out more of her tracks
FINALLY
Venom - COLORS has pound for pound some of the best bars from little simz and best bars around
I heard this song on JJJ Australia, even without a video this is fire. She got bars for days.
I actually just found out that her video was using references from other artists videos. That’s dope
Her music video style and her music makes me think her and Busta Rhymes would be killer
Dave Meyers ( directed Missy Elliot’s in the day)- lots of nod especially to 90’s videos - note the black puffer- plastic bag looking coats. I adore her dead calm delivery - her beats- her lyricism and she has a great eye..she writes - plays- raps sings produces her own work and others’. The message is dope and relatable. She is fantastic no gender needed ( ie not great for a female just great).
She is channeling Lauren Hill , Missy Elliot and magic. This was directed by Dave Meyers who directed Missy’s videos back in the day and has gone to direct many other artists videos.
