I love all her different jobs and how she treats people. I work in customer service, and she is actually an excellent training tool for me. Whatever she says and does, I just do the exact opposite! Sometimes I even think "what would Carol Beer do?", and then I try to picture what she would do and say... then I do or say the opposite out loud!! :)

I worked as a Medical Secretary in the NHS for a number of years and whenever I had to phone the IT Department and they’d ask if the computer would allow me to do something, I’d reply “Computer says no!”

@@groerhahn225 It's not atrocious. My friend from Germany broke her arm and the scar looked like Captain Hook ripped open her arm and stitched it with fishing line! I had surgery on my spine and the scar looks like a wrinkle! There is a BIG problem in the US with unpaid healthcare being used by those who just came in with NO insurance. This means the hospitals shift the cost to those who can pay, therefore you get a bill for $500.00 for a "portable cooling care unit" which is actually an icepack! However, I didn't have to wait more than a week for surgery.

The funniest moment I have experienced in my life is when my son was whining for something and this random elderly lady leaned in and said, "Sorry. The computer says no." We did not know each other and I almost wet myself I was laughing so hard.

This is such a cleverly written character and so true.

The old man is the mandelbaum grandpa from seinfeld.. It's go time!

Its not even a comedy sketch anymore, it's just about the level of service you get from these sort of people these days, including the flipping questionaire

Simon Walker maybe if people had respect over the phone they wouldn’t get disrespected back. 9 out of 10 people act like complete jackasses cause they hide behind the phone. Add the fact that wages have not budged in almost a decade and voila, you get shit service cause you’re all pieces of shit that take your frustration out on someone who you do not know. I have had melanoma (cancer) removed, my gallbladder removed, and bipolar disorder. Yet I still answer the phones where I work as nicely as possible.... But most of you people don’t care. You just want someone to kiss your ass like you’re the ruler of an empire. What goes around comes around.... bitch.

This is so real. We all have similar experiences in hospitals . Last time I took my cousin to the hospital as he received a letter for appointment. Went to the hospital receptionist she said sorry no appointment according to the computer. We then had to request an answer from the cardiologist who sent the letter.

Sometimes at work I wish I could talk like this XD
