I have a theory that the adrenaline no sleep gives might be better for this. Usually you want to be well rested when you're performing in other things, but Mango, Hungrybox, Pulp and Wizzy all get no sleep before these tournaments and just win it all. Or maybe sleep is completely uncorrelated lol

But then it wouldn't be "literally every highlight"! But yeah I probably could trim more, but in truth, that's not a great use of time and I try to cut around commentary so I'm not cutting people off. Some sets are just tough when it comes to highlights since they're pretty much all neutral (i.e. Sheik/Peach or Yoshi/Peach) which makes it challenging to not show more to give enough context to people only watching highlights. Hope that makes sense!

Man, that does make sense. It is really nice that commentary isn't cut, and if I don't want to watch lots of neutral, I can just skip the slower matchups. Maybe if there really is an actual, for the history books highlight in those matchups people will timestamp in the comments!

Yeah for sure! I think a handful of people did that for the Shine highlights with the Axe/Kodorin clip. I’ll also probably post separate shorts for anything that’s really wild, so you’ll be covered there too!

First half of commentary is honestly some of the best ive heard in years, the energy was reserved but didn't hurt the excitement in the slightest
