Great review. The sale is no longer happening (dang it!). I might end up buying one anyway. Update: then I read that this goes to a max 58mm filter size. I would want to use this on my Canon 70D with the 18-135mm STM lens. But it uses a 67mm filter. Shucks!

Pretty awesome deal for $200. The one negative and it's a big negative is that I would only be able to shoot with my Nifty Fifty. All of my other lens are 67 and up:-(

There's a green spot on the other side of the glass. That's the spot that should have the user, not the orange spot.... It's the wrong way around.

Looks nice. Can you still use an ND filter in front of the lens if you want to shoot wide open? Does the remote or Listec software offer a convenient way to enter script text by importing a text document file?

+Dave Patterson Yes you can add a static ND filter on the lens, and then thread the prompter on.

+Dave Patterson You can step up, but you can't step down. Stepping down will be seen in the lens.

I mount this on a 50mm lens and find it difficult to pull focus. Overall this is going to help me out a lot.

Hi thanks for the review. I did buy it after reading your review. It's awesome but the REMOTE is useless !!!! I can only start and stop but cannot go backward. I tried it all. and nothing will do. I tried different apps but all I could do is start and stop... with some apps I could go all the way to the end or all the way back to the start but nothing in between... very disappointed. Please help me out or show me a link to the set up. Cheers

Did you figure this out yet because it very simple if you paired via blue tooth with the app all you do is use the down arrow on the side of the remote to reverse the scrolling text. Remote is brilliant. It works perfectly.

one thing to note I saw this on a review over at BHPhoto someone mentioned "The bigger problem is that the connection between the phone and the PW-04's bluetooth keypad (which serves as a remote control for the prompter) does not work with Android 4.4.2 (unless there has been a recent update). This means you can't control the scroll speed or text navigation remotely with the bluetooth keypad."

***** hi it doesn't work with my android or my iphone 5... i can stop it with the space bar but not much more... and i'm also using an other app cause the original was just as bad and didn't work at all... :( i will try with a friend's iphone with the last software update
