O'Grady played almost the entire second half and did very well against the bigger, stronger LSU players. It was a team effort but Addie did as good as anyone

Mulkey (LSU) stated that Clark does not beat a team by herself. It's what she does to make her teammates better that helps her score points and them score points to win a game. Mulkey is exactly right. It is a team effort. And what a team Bluder has created and led this year.

I just discovered girls bb 1 month ago, I hadn’t realized how good they have got! Caitlin is something else! Gabby is a hell of a defender, Syd and Kate are so solid! Hannah and Addison in the paint!

I have had season tickets to the ISU cyclone women for the last 8 years and I kept telling my coworkers they are missing out on womens basketball. They are seeing what ive been telling them now lol

Addy OGrady played so well in the paint, huge second half difference.

Kim Mulkey should take a few notes from Coach Bluder who represents a class act and it shows in her players as well. They are an example of how it should be and the “right” way to conduct themselves on and off the court. Keep it up Iowa, you’re setting a great example.

Correct Sarah! Both Coach Bluder and Coach Mulkey are great people and coaches . They have some definite differences but both are winners on /off the court. Best of Luck in Cleveland!! We can't wait!! 🏀 ❤

This reminds me of 2010 Davidson with steph curry. Too bad we didn't have social media back then like we do today. Curry, lovedale, McCillop, it would have been fun to see the whole davidson team because that team was very good. This is great moment for womens basketball and sports in general.

Social media was in its early stages back then (facebook, mySPace, Twitter, etc) but yes not as big or widespread like it is nowadays. It was also 2008, BTW as well. The Davidson Wildcats deep tournament run.

Coach bluder is a total class act. A great ambassador for sports in general.

I got another question??? Where was Caitlin & Iowa when it counted in the CHAMPIONSHIP???? Nowhere to be found….. LSU BEAT IOWA FOR THE TITLE!!! All Iowa got is a trip to the final four but that’s about it…

Great coaching job. Their transition game ran them out of the gym. Fatigue definitely played a factor and lsu ran out of gas and missed a lot of shots late. Their legs were like stone. No defense. You could see it ! great job HAWKEYES,
