The Ndzhenga King knows the meaning of treat 'em mean to keep 'em keen, a good way to keep the Kambula queens in line😹all they need now is the bacon. A beautiful herd of elephants with their young calves they leave their footprints on the beauty of mother nature❤️🐘Incredible vocalizations & communication from the wild dog pack calling for others to band with them, they certainly have a zest & zeal for life. Beautifully presented & extraordinary sightings thank you, *𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓪𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓪*👍😍

Yes, it's important for the males to establish dominance and subdue their lionesses, or else they risk getting disrespected and treated differently by them. That's how lion society works. In this case, the female was clearly in the way and irritating him while he was mating. There was once an incident at a zoo, where a lioness actually killed the lion that was the sire of her cubs! It was speculated that he acted too passive and submissive towards her.... Zookeepers tried to intervene, but it was all in vain, unfortunately. On occasion, though, this dominance and aggression can be taken to an extreme in the opp. way, as we saw with the Mapogos.
Nice to see a last sighting of Snaggle Tooth and her pack. Thank you for sharing

Have they always "whooped"? I hadn't noticed that before, fascinating ..
The girls came to support their sista in love like on a hunt, good for them😁👍
The painted dogs of Africa impresses me more!!! they are not big, not so powerful, they don't rule, they are not the king of the beasts, but they have impressive hunting record , 80% of their hunt results in success. Do you know why ? they are fantastic team players, marathon runners, they are the symbol of perseverance on this harsh, ruthless environment!!! and they are so dedicated parents!!!! They are the unsung heroes!!!

I saw a documentary with an interesting explanation. They sprint after prey, like all predators, but when one dog gets tired another starts it's sprint - almost like a track relay race. In that way the pack "relay," eventually tires out the prey. Since the packs tend to share kills fairly evenly, it's not the "I need to make the kill to eat". It's teamwork to wear out the prey, but I do hate how they kill (by tearing apart instead of suffocating like big cats).
@davidnderitu9319

@@sillygirl3284 they don't have the power of cats to suffocate their prey, plus they eat so fast so that their meals don't get stolen by lions and hyenas. I love how they even regurgitate to their sick and old members

Great quality footage. Better than most.
Kambula lionesses look huge compared to the Nwaswishakas males. They all look well fed too. That was an interesting call by the Alphas for the wild dog pack to get together.
