actually a male lion eats whatever he gets but he is the strongest carnivore really on land

true but male lions protect food from hippos and hyenas plus most male lions do hunt regularly but not as much as a lioness

amazing species.. lioness r truely the queen of hunters.. ppl always state the lion, his job is 2 only mate with the females, protect the pride n keep the terriratory.. nt hunt

Isnt it unfair when 1 Lioness kills a large animal alone then has to compete with all of her family for the food. I would be like 'This is my wilderbeast, go kill your own'. It is impressive that 1 Lioness can kill a fully grown Wilderbeast alone. The Lion haters that say 'Lions cannot hunt without a pride' have all been proven wrong. Lions do not need a pride to kill large animals.
