Lion's Head Hike - 1st Timers

We attempted our first ascent of Lion's Head mountain in Cape Town.
We had 3 x 10 & 11 year old boys with us and managed to do the 5,5km hike in a total time of 3 hours. 2h up and 1h down.
A basic level of fitness and agility is required.
This is a must do experience when visiting Cape Town.
