Grocery Outlet has kewpie mayo in a few locations lately. I was introduced to it by my teenage son who is into international cooking. He made tempura ling cod for me for Father’s Day with the fish I caught in Pacifica!❤️

For the coating next time try the mayo and grind up a bag of salt and vinegar potato chips in a food grinder before you leave home instead of the Panko, yum yum! Always enjoy your content Moo!

I like to use rod with very short butt end, with tennis ball bulb added. I use one with 808 catfish spincast reel (17lb. mono) and one with line counter levelwind reel (25lb. mono). I use 5'6" one-pc. solid heavy glass rods.
