Lights, Cameras & Materials in C4d Lite (4/5)

This series is made possible with the awesome hardware of MSI Creator Z17 Content Creation laptop, check out at msi.gm/3NTdEl3.
Lights, Cameras and Materials control so much of the final look of your scenes. These critical systems will help us dial in the "look" we're after. I'll show you the basics of materials, and we'll create common forms for plastic, metal, and glass. Then we look at cameras or look through cameras, to create abstract and realistic angles. Finally, it's on to lights, their many forms, and how to tweak them just how you want. I hope this helps you get scenes looking how you want in cinema 4d lite.
If you have any questions just let me know in the comments.

Thanks a lot, it's great, looking forward to part 5. One question please: is it possible to animate the axis position in C4D Lite? and how?

Glad you enjoyed it. For animating the axis I suppose the answer is, sort of. Here is an old forum post that sums it up nicely: creativecow.net/forums/thread/animate-axis-point-over-time/ The basic method involved placing your object into a null, animating the null and animating the thing relative to that null. It's a little different from how we would do things in after effects with animating an anchor point, for example. I hope that helps!
