One of the best illustrations I've seen of the difference DxO makes to Fujifilm RAWs. Thank you.

¡Wuouh! Interesante. Aunque estoy muy acostumbrado a usar CO, no deja de ser una buena opción. ¿Qué tal procesa Darktable los RAF de Fuji? Saludos

Gracias. No he usado DT, así que no sé cómo se compara.

I use Capture One for my Fuji files. Mostly because I can access all the film simulations and apply them to the RAW files if I wanted to. I'll give this one a try.

Yeah, if you pre-process with this, or use it within LR you will still be able to apply the Fuji Sims.

Does it have a batch mode? Let it sit overnight grinding away for treating more files than you would manually?

It wouldn't take that long, unless you had a lot of files. But yes, I only demoed a single file but you can batch process as well. Given that the file size of the DNGs that it outputs will be 2-3 times the size of the RAWs it would fill up space really quick. That's why I suggest doing it in LR, post-cull.

I used to use the enhance feature within Lightroom on every photo but that just creates sooo many 100mb DNGs. I then switched to Capture One which immediately loads the photo without worms and with less noise while staying sharp. I assume PureRaw 2 is still a little bit better?

The DNGs that PureRaw 2 output were 60-120mb as well. That's why suggested doing the conversion on your choice shots in the filmstrip in LR while editing, rather than just batch converting your whole import beforehand. That would take up a lot of time and space. I'm not sure if PhotoLab6 would work the same as CaptureOne in this case or not. I believe DxO has a demo of PL6 as well. If you decide to try it out let me know!

@@seymourecarnage I think PhotoLab needs to do the same especially with the AI mode. The workflow slows me down too much and with Capturs One every photo will be cured from worms, so I guess I'll stay with that
