I'm a light worker and from my experience, we have to be careful not to take on another person's anger or depression. Like sponges we can soak another person's emotions so remember to get protection before helping another. 🙏

Great video, Mannun. Personally, I believe anyone can become a Lightworker. I feel the skills, knowledge, and heart that are the essence of being a Lightworker are actually human attributes- not special to only specific people. What makes someone a Lightworker is the fact that they have natural strengths in certain areas that they have chosen to embrace and work at so they can use these skills to help others and enlighten themselves. If we look at the list you came up with in this video- we all fit in somewhere. I agree it's important for people who work to become Lightworkers to learn balance and acknowledge the negative side of things- including themselves. It not only gives them wisdom to teach others, it also helps them learn how to process and deal with human emotions- within and without. Wow, Mannun, when you do your homework, you REALLY do your homework. I bet you were a brilliant student in school! That is a lot of information in one video. Each light worker you mentioned could consume a series of videos. And yes, many are starseeds, indigos, and crystalline beings. Starseeds are here to give us knowledge from more advanced worlds. They speak and teach, are sensitive, sometimes appalled at humans, and range anywhere in attitude to "I love this job" to "I wanna get done and just go home!" Indigos take a more active role in society, that is, a more hands-on approach, be it protests, activism, championing causes, maintaining vigilance towards injustice, writing to government leaders...they are in your face and will not stop. Crystalline beings? They are rarer, but if you've ever met one, how blessed you are! Children and animals and even plants love them. You cannot be in their presence without feeling good and good about yourself, no matter how down you might be. Just being around them is an opiate to one's soul. A couple of light workers you did not mention: Grid workers and technical workers. Both are highly advanced light beings that have chosen to incarnate, here on Earth, in this dispensation of time. The former manifests by maintaining and balancing Earth's energy, particularly along ley lines and nodes of Earth energy, like vortices and areas where there is energy damage, be it from human interactions (accidental) or out and out cabalistic destruction, meant to harm human consciousness evolution. The latter are just coming about and making themselves known and trying to figure out exactly what they are supposed to be doing in this incarnation. Technical light workers are actually like readers on a computer hard drive. They interpret light codes and galactic energy such that Earth humans can understand it. Much to say about these folks, but the post would turn into a book. Let's just say the high tech workers are probably Arcturian or Andromedan. They are very advanced, and from what I've encountered, they're transported when they sleep to places, like Bootes constellation, where there are very few stars. But the energy from Source funnels through this area and it functions as a node which eventually emits signals to Earth. I'll leave it there. Isn't the subject amazing? And the fact that you are curious, Mannun, tells me you might want to investigate your own galactic origins. There are specialists who can help you with this.

I'm a really lonely light worker. No job and not one friend. I'm autistic and get over stimulated all the time. Work is hard for someone with autism and I'm super quiet and always get bullied in the workplace. I'd like a friend but idk how to get one and I'm already 37. Every night I have evil nightmares and I always have to the the banishing ritual. The elemental give me great protection though, even more than angels and gods, I think it's cause I'm vegan. It's nice. The elementals I call in are in animal form.

🤍🤷 i try to balance 🖤 both Lite work i can say yes to a point i practice it with the energy change.but i have a family member they do Riki and hot stone energy healing has done craft card reading but doesn't Ever say a witch .lol where i say with my practices witch / pegan ways i even use pegan calander wheel of the year in gardeing . But with all the different lite workers.i think just like we have all different types of witches.. We have st have to educate our selfs
