As a kid my mother loved a good bran muffin. There was a bakery in North Conway, NH my mother loved to go to especially for their bran muffins. That childhood memory lives indelibly in my brain and forever I will love a bran muffin, if it’s good. This one is worth making. Mangia!

4 eggs
90g molasses
1T vanilla

312g ap flour
50g whole wheat flour
2 1/2t baking powder
1t baking soda
9g salt
315g greek yogurt
100g milk
Fresh grated nutmeg
87g wheat bran
1c raisins
pepitas
sunflower seeds
sesame seeds
