If anyone has an iPhone 14 or later reading this.... I tried to get my phone to connect for literally hours, on 3 different days. I have done everything for wifi resets, phone resets, complete factory reset, and no matter what I tried, I could not get my iPhone 14 to work. It would not get to the point where it brought up the list of wifi networks to connect to. After much frustration I decided to try my wife's iPhone 11, downloaded the app, logged in and BOOM - it worked the first time!!! I am so relieved and had to share. Can still use the app on my iPhone 14 to open and close door but just couldnt get it set up that way.

@@Blackhammers69 I had to unfortunately yes. Worked straight away. It only takes logging into the app on someone else’s phone and setting it up. Then the app will work on yours.

I have to post a comment on this, sadly this is true, didn’t work on my iPhone 13 or iPhone 14… but worked setting it up on a galaxy 21+ 😐 thankfully had a family member over that was able to finish the setup.

Notice iPhone user have a hard time.. I eventually change my router. After syncing everything - for some reason things started connecting again.
