I assume you mean how to make the motor wiring connections. If so, there is a wiring diagram on the inside of the electrical enclosure cover, it would be best to follow that for whatever model you have.

Urgent question please, The dealer has given me the same motor but with black cover instead of the red cover? I thought the factory only sells red covers motors? Or did the dealer sell me a refurbished motor 😢?

I could not speak to what the dealer, "gave you" without more information. Logic 5.0 operators should have a red cover. Again, I could not say what the dealer sold you without more information.

Whenever I try to close my door. It stops after a little bit. Then after trying to close it again, it will go back by itself and try to close. I have to press stop to keep it from going all the way. Door still eventually closes. But is a massive inconvenience. Please help

I assume this is a commercial door operator. Could be a misaligned photo eye, bad wire, bad connection. Its also possible the clutch is slipping or the RPM sensor is dirty or malfunctioning. Without a model number and more specific info regarding the symptoms as well as knowing what accessories are connected its really hard to say. If you hold the close button can you get it to close ? (hold close button, may take several seconds for the door to begin moving, continue to hold close until door stops in the closed position). If the door stops mid travel while holding the close button its likely not photo eye related. Does the door roll ok manually ? A broken spring on the door can cause the door operator to function erratically, although there may not be anything wrong with the operator however its safety inputs are telling it to stop or reverse because of the underlying door problem. If its anything more than a photo eye issue I would suggest calling a professional.

Any recommendation as why the gate wont go up on this same model?

I would check for supply power as well as secondary 24vac power. If you have supply power and no low voltage could be the thermal fuse or a bad transformer. Could be the power board could be the logic board. Without more info its hard to say.
