Buttons like the personal attack button probably only sound for the control room place. It's like on cruise ships where you press the fire alarm button (it only sounds in the bridge)

Ben I have a question for you regarding 2:1 cabling. When I have a pulley on top of the cabin and 1 cable in 2 attached to the engine, will the engine need to exert less force to lift the cabin? Or is my theory impossible?

Newcastle as most people say that is very nice but the accent is so funny. I personally haven’t been to Newcastle but I am going to go there soon and to see the new Tyne and Wear Metro Class 555 trains to enter service.

As Class 994 (built by Metro-Cammell of Birmingham) have been known to suffer reliability issues.

Why do the car lifts have 4:1 on the counterweight, but 2:1 on the car

Look at the way that wheels on the counterweight are turning, and they are both turning the same speed. It is a double 2:1 rather than a 4:1.

It is a TMS. TMS is a lift logic. And from the lift surf it is clear that it is TMS from the sound and levelling.
