Good Morning Friend! I couldn't live without my Ugs boots. My floor is super cold because under my antique tiny cottage just has an unheated crawl space so I HAVE to wear my Ugs all winter long. And a HUGE thank you for the heads up on the discounted online pharmacy...the price of prescriptions can be crazy and what a huge savings you found! MaryEllen, the past few years I too have been having sleep problems. I thought about so many things, including sleep apnea. There’s no way that I could go to a sleep study away from home because I would be so nervous. I wouldn’t sleep all night it’s just not my thing. My doctor told me about a ring that he wears, Oura, that follows your sleep pattern, as well as many other things in your daily life. He said that if the ring decides that I do have a disturbed sleep pattern that I could do an at home study as well. After a few more weeks that I have worn my ring, I am going to do a video on the results. So far it doesn’t say that I have sleep apnea so that’s a good thing I guess. I also am I am enjoying watching my granddaughter’s college basketball games. She plays on an undefeated team and I feel that I am there with her. Streaming is great for grandmothers ! Thank you so much for sharing everything today with us. I am interested in hearing about Mark Cuban’s pharmacy. My Eliquis is very expensive. Love you my friend. Sandra.

Mine was lost for months, and I thought I left it in a hotel I stayed at last summer. I was quite sad since they cost so much MONEY. But lo and behold, I found it under my bed last week! I am so happy to have it back in my life! I have also been using it on my scalp just to see if it does anything for hair growth....I am assuming it is the same technology as the HairMax device. Welcome to the CPAP Club, my friend! If you want a more minimal mask rather than something that covers your whole face like an astronaut, I high recommend the Bella Swift mask. It's just a silicone ear strap over each ear which holds the nasal pillows and keeps it engaged all night. When I was diagnosed, I just could not bear the thought of having to wear something over my whole face because I turned to get warm when I'm sleeping. It just so happened that the Bella Swift had just been put on the market for women. What's great is that it doesn't have bands that go around the head and therefore it doesn't mess your hair up. I have also seen Laura and her husband dancing on Instagram and they are so much fun!

I love that your grandson keeps you up past 7 o'clock. I have that pepper/onion mix as well. I have a 'retainer' type device so I don't breath through my mouth. Hi Mary Ellen! I wanted to get back to you about the CPAP and sleep apnea. I know you're just beginning on this journey. It's been just a bit over two years for me and I found it quite a struggle at first, actually for the first six months at least. You have to find the right mask. 👍 I use those mouth strips the same exact ones that you are using now or you did use. Because I use nose pillows. I started with a full face mask but changed that because of what it was doing to my face and hair.😕 I don't have one person that I know that uses a CPAP. And I found that very frustrating. Usually you can always find someone else that has an illness or some thing that you're dealing to ask questions. So I hope you have some friends that can help you in this process. Mine was diagnosed in 2020 so you couldn't see any doctors in person then and I've yet to ever meet my doctor. Just zoom calls. So I was kind of left trying to figure everything out myself. I wish you luck and I would love to see you do a video about your experience with this to help all of those of us out here that have nowhere to turn. I do watch the Lanky Lefty on KZread and sometimes he provides answers. The greatest help I got was from joining Facebook groups about CPAP . I learned more there than anywhere!! Highly recommend that venue! 🥰
