  • @miikkakangas6750

    @miikkakangas6750

    4 жыл бұрын

    L Guaire I think it’s roughly 2x capacity because even though lead acid would say 100 AH on its case if you discharge more than 50 AH it gets sulfated a little and is damaged. A LiFePO4 can get almost fully discharged without damage. So it’s roughly double the capacity per unit volume. Also it gets more cycles (2k+ vs 500+) before it hits its 80 percent capacity degradation level.

    Habe jetzt auch die Creabest 42Ah. Nach etwas nutzen stellte ich fest, dass die Batterie bei 13,6 Volt aufhört zu Laden und bei 11,8 Vollt entladen. (nicht wie beschrieben). Kapazitätstest erreichte ich nur 25 Ah ! Hab die Batterie auf gemacht - 3 Zellen hatten 3,2xxx Volt und eine 2,5xxx Volt. Ok deswegen zu früh das Laden und entladen aufhört. Ist das BMS schrott ? Zellen nachgegoogelt , LiShen ... und dann noch nicht mal von derselben Produktion. 1x Oktober 2019 , 2x Januar 2020 und 1x März 2019 ! ??? Sorry aber nie wieder !!

    1. Wenn die Batterie kurz davor steht, vollständig aufgeladen zu werden, ändert sich die Batteriespannung zu schnell, und die Spannung jeder einzelnen Reihe von Zellen im Inneren ändert sich ebenfalls zu schnell. Wenn eine bestimmte Zelle zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt 3,65 V erreicht, trennt das BMS den Ladezustand der Batterie; Wenn die Batterie dann stillsteht, fällt die Spannung der Zelle mit zu hoher Spannung langsam auf einen stabilen Wert ab. (Die stabile Spannung beträgt etwa 13,6 V und eine einzelne Zelle etwa 3,4 V.) 2. Lithium-Eisenphosphat-Batterien zeichnen sich während des Entladevorgangs dadurch aus, dass sich bei niedriger Batteriespannung die Spannung sehr schnell ändert. Wenn die Spannung niedrig ist, sind daher die Spannungen der 4 Zellen in der Batterie unterschiedlich. Wenn die Spannung eines von ihnen zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt unter 2 V liegt, spielt das BMS sofort eine Rolle beim Abschalten der Batterie. Nachdem die Batterie nicht mehr funktioniert, kehren die Spannung und die verbleibende Leistung der Batterie normalerweise nach etwa 20 Minuten Ruhezeit zu normalen Daten zurück. 3. Die von uns verwendeten Batterien stammen von Hercules, CATL, BYD und anderen bekannten Firmen. Die Batterien, die in jeder Batteriecharge verwendet werden, stammen aus derselben Charge gekaufter Zellen.

    @@creabest_battery Ich habe schon Ahnung vom ganzen und dennoch bleibe ich bei meiner Aussage ! Wie gesagt voll geladen und bekam nur 25 Ah heraus. Wo sind hier 42 Ah oder ist das BMS hin ? (Solange die Zellen so nen Drift haben, komm ich nicht mehr auf die ganze Kapazität) Dann müssen sie einen besseren Hersteller nehmen, weil 10 Monate Zellenunterschied geht einfach nicht. Hab jetzt alle Zellen Parallel am Laden - nur so komm ich wieder einheitlich mit allen hin ! Liebe Grüße

    Using fome padding on top of the heatsink of the BMS.. now the heatsink cannot dissipate the heat... That's a fail in the first 30 seconds... Lol Hunters gun shop is not connected to anything.. you can see the silver part where it's supposed to be connected to the ground wire.. lol also if you looked at the top of the battery cover you can see is not designed for this application it was designed for lead-acid or a gel battery and they just hacked bits off.. also he is using the same hardware on the anode and the cathode "the bolt's" and I'm pretty sure that's wrong too..

    If the charge ( -) terminal and Load Negative terminal different, you can just use a wire contect the battery Negative terminal. BMS is installed inside the battery.

Wristband antistatic thing ONLY works when is connected to the GROUND pottential otherwise it will not work. I don't know what you thinking about but wireless antistatic wristband is BS . The wristband must be having a capacitor inside but the second problem is that the capacitor itself with negative and positive side with the same charge can not take any charge to it. Better to replace yours " wireless" wristbands with those who are connected TO GROUND .-.
