Gratitude refers to a ‘state of thankfulness’ or a ‘state of being grateful’.
In this video I talk about why we should cultivate gratitude and how it can transform our lives. Being grateful can improve our physical and mental health and help us to manage our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) symptoms.
