The hardest thing for me lately has been understanding there are seasons of life. There is enough time to meet your ‘work’ goals and there is no need to feel guilty about not doing enough for work when you have that precious babe in your arms. Even if you have to put on your mama hat for a while your passions won’t go away. I always tell myself, it’s the smallest he’ll ever be. And in the tough times, it’s the most he’ll ever need me. Congratulations on your baby! And literally, get some rest. Like now. Why are you reading this when you should seriously be taking a nap.

Congratulations! Get plenty of rest, and try to walk as soon as you can after the surgery, even if it’s only hours later. The nurses will guide you. Also, to prevent constipation after surgery, buy some organic PRUNE JUICE to drink about 6-8 oz at a time after your surgery. Have the nurse add hot water to your glass for extra strength. Very, very important. God bless you and your little soon-to-be arrival!❤️
