I agree with living in the moment and life is short . I’ve been a sole caregiver for my mum 23 years now, I’m only 29yrs old so I have never had a life, I constantly put everyone else first on matter what. The stress physically and mentally and emotionally has affected my health majorly now so I decided to take a step back this year which I have about 30% so far, to find who I am and finally have some kind of life. I want to be selfish for the 1st time in my life. So I went away last week to a caravan holiday with my new in training assistance dog, van was £130 for 5 days and I only spent £70 on food) wasn’t a lavish getaway but I done it alone and I’m proud even though my health took a turn and I’m still trying to recover. Now thinking of my next ‘ME’ moment. To do this year

Honestly I soo get you! I have had soo much life change, loss and disappointment in the last year. I have really tried to just enjoy the little things and strip back my life. Take them bottles to boots, basically there is an app recycle at boots, and you take pics of the finished bottles, they approve them and then you take it to them and get points on your advantage card and can purchase stuff in store. Not many people know about this

Another great vlog. I’ve never understood builders who takes big job on houses and gives a big price for the renovation and then goes on and makes massive mistakes to then have to come back to redo the work again and asks for more money for it 🤦🏼‍♂️

Totally get what you mean it's the lil things in life! I had a break down in March and first time I've started doing things for me. And the lil things I look forward to the coffee and nice walks. I just love how refreshing your vlogs are, they are so different to all the other KZreadrs I watch and are just a breath of fresh air! You may get FOMO from missing big brand trips etc but as a viewer I find you and your content so much more relatable because our lives are so similar, really does feel like I know the real YOU and am just watching a friend online 🤍

Completely agree with living for today. It’s so sad to think you could work so hard for everything to make a better future but then something could happen and you never get to live that future. Need to find the balance in living in the present and preparing for the future, both equally important

I'm so thrilled to hear you say you recognize what a blessing it is to have friends to travel with or do the simple day-to-day things with. It's so important when you live alone. I'm 35 and moving halfway across the US to be near my family because I don't have those friendships. My close friends are in a totally different space in life. It also hit home when you said you don't want to be biding your time until the next thing. I have to constantly remind myself to live in every day instead of willing away the week just waiting on the weekend. ❤❤❤

I've been struggling a lot lately. My mental health has taken a dive and it's been hard holding myself together. I've struggled with depression since I was a child and I feel as though I need to talk with someone about it. But it's hard when I feel like I don't deserve the help because I know there are others out there that have it worse than me. I guess what I'm trying to get out is that my goal for myself is to take a step forward and talk with a professional and not back out because I don't have it as worse as some.

Нет рекламных контрактов, все меньше приглашений на ивенты, может все-таки выйти на работу. быть в социуме чаще, перестать болтать наивные , детские глупости на камеру.
