It gets allocated based on your skillset what experiences you have and the requirements of the resources in a project multiple factors work here

Sir mera hr tr or Mr round hua aur instructions main likha tha ki within 3 weeks results will be declared but 3 weeks se jyada din hogye abhi tak result nhi aaya hai kya krna chhaiye sir aage?
