Brother for first year you will get minimum of 20percent hike bro and after that from second year you will get 8% if you got A band 5% if B and 3% if you get C band..... More ever don't be with tcs for long time...... Just enjoy hikes till 2 years then after two years leave that's all you will get good hike with tcs experience

Brother no benefit once you started working then your experience is not added...... As you now provided in the starting itself and moreover if you provide also your salary will won't be increased as it is already given In your offer letter...you agreed to that salary and joined

For any companies minimum experience required is 2years, but sometime they hire 1year experience too based on requirement but not less than that. 8months exp will be considered as fresher only

Some projects work during the weekends as well. As in, few people will always be on shift even during weekends. In such case, weekly off might not be on Saturday and Sunday but on any other day of the week depending on the rotation plan.

Do they provide travel expenses after calling to work for office?

Yes brother it will effect your job if you not cleared your exams...... But they will won't cancel your offer letter but they will reschedule your joining dates...... And if you joined tcs in final semester and you were working and writing final semester exams then if you fail also they will give you certain time to clear your arrear

You can work with a backlog for 6 months (untill next supply exams) only if you joined before your final semester....... If you completed your exams then you need to clear the backlogs before joining

Brother just try to get one Bonafide and addendum from your college and join tcs on joining date so once you are in then you can manage if you get any backlogs also..... Rule is they will wait for one sem to clear backlog while you working

TCS has many hirings you can get.... But you won't be satisfying with the salary which will won't even near to your education so my advice is go in your Pharma field only rather then it field....

Yes you have to work from your project location, if your project belongs to banking or armed forces..... If any other project then you have option to work from your base location even though your project is from different locations.... I think they are planning to call everyone by July end

Brother just upload all the documents in BGC and submit the BGC with the documents it is allowing you to upload so it will increase your chances of getting joining letter soon

You will get the same for the next 1yr & will get increment as per the rating and band NB: you will not get 15k in-hand now also. 1.93L is your CTC right

Hi bro .. myself completed graduation in 2015... working as govt employee from 2016...and my current salary (gross) is 55k approximately after 5 yrs of my service. ...i wanna learn data science and shift to IT field ...will i be able to crack a job with good package ...cons of govt job: protocol,work culture,not much growth,,not much respect in office...pros: service to people(self satisfaction), respect in society, job security..

Brother i can understand your situation but I will won't suggest you to leave that job and come to IT field directly..... If you really wanna do it then complete the data science course and work as free Lancer or in any start-up as a part-time (which don't have pf policy).... So if you are comfortable then you can have a good life in IT field.... If not then your govt job will also be safe
