do you actually use better help? i have seen at least ten youtubers talk about BH in the last several days, and none of them actually say they use better help. there is a lot of controversy around privacy, therapists not being qualified or ghosting their clients...this kind of sponsorship really rings alarm bells for me. i really appreciate your running content but I am getting sick of seeing these BH vids all over the place. Starting to feel like such a disingenuine space.

I've been wondering about this too. If they actually used BH than why not included it in a video or even mention going to therapy somewhere in the video. Being a therapist is what I want to do and BH discourages people in my opinion. BH isn't a good company

Personally I’ve used better help and yes it’s cheaper, yes it’s online but you still run into the same issues like normal therapy where it’s quite hard to find a therapist that matches you. I personally quit bc I didn’t find it useful

I used BH for half a year, and was really specific on what I selected at the very beginning in terms of what I was trying to get out of therapy, and what kind of therapist I wanted. My first match took maybe about 5 sessions to get somewhat comfortable with (I used phone calls as my format), but it also required me to step out of my comfort zone to just try to share what I could bit by bit. I gained SO much out of those six months - a lot of which I am still grappling with. Maybe I lucked out with my therapist, but I am so grateful I tried BH. The awareness I built around myself and the healing I’ve been processing through has been so worth it. I hope you find the same results with a therapist you connect well with!! Sadly, I moved out of state and could not continue working with her, which we had known from the start of my therapy journey, so we made the most of our 6 months together. :)

Dear Sophia! Hi My name is Irene, I've been following your KZread channel for many years. Plz forgive my poor English since this is not my mother tongue XD I'll try my best to express my feeling. I just wanna to tell you how inspirational the videos you make! I was in a rock bottom few years ago when I broke up with my ex boyfriend. It's hard for me to even smile or to truly love someone or myself at that time. Meanwhile, i suffered a lot of pressure from work, and I gained 10 kgs so my body suffered from illness as well, so it's a dark time to me. But your videos really gives me hope, strength and courage. I started to do something that may pull me up from that darkness. I learned that I really need to face my feeling, embrace who I am and love myself from you videos. I also try therapy to figure out the chaos in my mind. Things getting better these years. I am no longer smoking and I loved weight training, I found peace and confidence!! I even started to run few months ago (my friend invited me, and I thought why not!!) and writing diary to find inner peace and to have conversation with myself. Don't get me wrong, I not that kind of crazy follower that just meaninglessly copy what you're doing XD I truly loves sports and those thing that I am doing!! Just wanna to thank you for keep making videos to inspire other people somewhere around the world. Hope you enjoy your life and have the courage to overcome the difficulties !!!
