Mostly no such condition of removing....only asset is being monitized, not the human resources.

But if u want to limit ur stay in one state or home state...then think twice as transfer is a very much possibility in IOCL.

@@ananda2k7 yes i want to but the selection process of iocl is not right. They have conducted no exams only shortlisted based on PI. and no number of vacancies exposed. No weightage of marks

Yes ,probably they are much in need to stay near home state than moving all india transfer.
These are only the beautiful pics there are harsh patches as well These are not very true and avoid IOC if possible.
Kam hai salary abhi bhi ....yaar itne mehnat se under 100 rank aati hai aur uske baad bhi 70-75 K . Phir jab tax deduct hone lagega tab toh in hand aur bhi kam ho jaayega.......not great
